Fatiha was a great host. We had a slight change due to the unit we booked was not available. However, the mishap was handled prior to our arrival and we were offered a similar high quality unit . So, there was no difference in what we had expected. Fatiha was very kind, answering any questions we had on the spot. Good communication throughout our stay. The place was very clean , stocked with towels and soap in the bathroom . The kitchen was stocked with the minimal cooking supplies and utensils to be able to prepare simple meals. Due to the fact that I was an int’l traveler she had extra Euro USB plugs to fit my US plugs for my chargers. She added special treats like a beautiful and delicious fruit bowl filled with the freshest fruits of apples, plums, banana etc. . She included wine, beer, and water in the fridge. The location was perfect. The U bahn tram was directly behind the complex, so we could easily travel in and out day or night. Ten out of ten ,I highly recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Gina war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war (mal wieder) makellos sauber und genau wie beschrieben – wenn nicht sogar besser. Gina war super herzlich, unkompliziert und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Man merkt, dass sie mit viel Liebe Gastgeberin ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, erneut in dieser Unterkunft von Markus zu übernachten, und insgesamt war es wieder eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet, was meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Besonders gefallen hat mir die moderne Einrichtung und die hohe Komfortqualität. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und zuvorkommend, und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Ich erhielt alle notwendigen Informationen zur Ankunft und Abreise, was den gesamten Prozess erleichtert hat. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet – nur wenige Minuten von den wichtigsten Attraktionen und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt. Insgesamt war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt, und ich würde diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Auszeit auf dem Lande

Wir haben mit Freunden und unserem Baby wunderschöne Ostern in der 'Auszeit' verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben, eine 3 Zimmerwohnung mit Toilette für sich allein. Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber hell und liebevoll im Retrolook eingerichtet, das große Bett ist extrem gemütlich. Gemeinschaftsküche und Bad im unteren Stock sind neu und komfortabel. Dass hier nebenan noch Baustelle ist, merkt man nur im Treppenhaus am Staub und ein paar Zementsäcken in der Ecke - kein Lärm. Wer das WLAN ernsthaft vermisst, kann am zugehörigen Bauernhof einloggen, hier gibt's auch jede Menge Tiere, man kann beim melken helfen und Pony reiten. Abends saßen wir gemütlich am rustikalen Grill unter alten Bäumen. Hier und mit den Spaziergängen im Wald hinter der Haustür konnten wir so richtig vom Alltag abschalten und uns erden. Dank an Ute und ihre lebhafte und aufgeschlossene Familie für die schönen Tage! Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. "

Schade, dass ich nicht länger bleiben konnte. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Am meisten habe ich mich über den Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gefreut. Das hat wahrlich nicht jedes Hotel und ich konnte mir somit noch einen entspannten Abend auf dem Zimmer machen, mit Tee und einer Wärmeflasche, nach einem langen und anstrengenden Business-Seminar.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie sie auf den Bildern aussieht. Ich hab mich direkt sehr wohlgefühlt und hatte eine angenehme und entspannte Zeit. An Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. In der Umgebung kann man richtig schön spazieren gehen und man ist schnell in Bietigheim oder Ludwigsburg. Klare Weiterempfehlung für das Appartement 😊

Tolle Unterkunft im Yogastudio: vor allem ein perfektes Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis. Corinne hat jedes Detaille ganz genau beschrieben und so wusste ich, was ich buche. Zur Dusche muss man zwar ein paar Treppenstufen gehen, dafür gibt es (mit Glück) ein schönes 'OM' gratis. Das ' Yogabetrieb' ist absolut nicht störend. In der Küche ist alles da, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit guter Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehr oder fussläufig erreichbar. In der Nähe viele Restaurants. Leckere marokkanische Küche direkt gegenüber. Die Kommunikation mit Corinne war sehr zuverlässig, transparent und ehrlich.

my stay in this apartment was wonderful better located impossible the happiest person to have the gym in front without a doubt one of my best stays, wonderful attention highly recommended.

Really thanks for the warm reception from Mrs. Ilse. and she's really so nice. It's the best airbnb experience ever. The room is clean and comfortable. I can see the outside beautiful stuttgart from the room. Even I got a surprise gift from Ilse when check out. If any chance , i will book again for sure.

Klaus and his wife Jane were beyond exceptional. The house is lovely and well appointed with the kitchen boasting two refrigerators. There is a large bathroom and an additional 1/2 bath downstairs for use. Klaus was accommodating and helpful, his wife incredibly exacting and encouraging to make use of all the amenities. They went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and happy, they even went so far as allowing my children and I time with their delightful little puppies who only add to the sweet ambiance of the residence. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a clean and hospitable environment. The additional renters even added to the quality and intention of a peaceful respite, everyone was lovely and quite respectful.

Ich war zum ersten mal bei Stefan und kann diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Stefan ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und sehr zu vorkommend. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde wenn ich wieder die Möglichkeit habe dort zu schlafen, diese nutzen.
