Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore not suitable for children under 6 years.

Location is extraordinarily quiet, nestled in magnificent nature and yet very central. You can reach Stuttgart city center in max. 5 min. by car or bus/train. Parking is available in front of the house, the nearest train is just a few minutes' walk from the property. The Wasen is also within walking distance.
