Es bietet ein hochwertiges Doppel-Boxspringbett, Schrank, Tisch u. Stuhl, "hospitality tray", einen großen Flachbild-Fernseher und natürlich Highspeed-WLan sowie ein modernes, eigenes kleines Bad. Unweit der Unterkunft gibt es einen Bäcker, zwei Cafés, ein Bio-Laden und mehrere gute Restaurants und nette kleine Läden.

Lage: Direkt unterhalb vom Schloss Solitude gelegen, direkt am Wald, Spielplatz, Bauernhof und U-Bahn (U6) Haltestelle (ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß). In ca. 25 Min. sind Sie mit der U-Bahn in Stuttgart am Hauptbahnhof / Schlossplatz. Gut ohne Auto erreichbar. Bitte mind. 24h vor Anreise die ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitteilen. Ansonsten ist ein flexibler CheckIn nicht gewährleistet.

Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon, ein Wohnzimmer, eine kleine, gut ausgestattete Küche (Herd/Ofen, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine) sowie ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und WC. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stellen wir zur Verfügung. Wir möchten, dass ihr euch wohlfühlt und freuen uns auf eure Buchung!

Unsere Wohnung liegt im Westen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht über den Stuttgarter Talkessel. Die Wohnung wurde renoviert und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die öffentliche Verkehrsverbindung in die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus/Bahn in 10-15 Minuten sehr gut erreichbar. In wenigen Minuten ist man im Kräherwald, der zum Joggen oder spazieren gehen einlädt.

If you are looking for a well-located, functional and clean place to stay, our simple little apartment is just right for you. Please note that Stuttgart is hilly. The apartment is very close to the main train station, but significantly higher. We therefore advise against walking from there with luggage, as the difference in altitude is approx. 100m.
