Apartment vacation rentals in Stuttgart-Mitte

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is more spacious than the photos show. Manuela met us in person to give us the keys and show us the laundry room and trash rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street and everything in the town of Ludwigsburg was easily walkable! We had children with us so we appreciated the dedicated washer and dryer in the basement laundry room.

One of the better apartments we've stayed in Spacious, well-equipped and a great bed. Ben was a great communicator. He met us when we landed, showed us around the apartment, and sent us lots of local recommendations. A 5-minute walk to the local train, and a 10-minute ride to central Stuttgart. Highly recommended

Staying at Pia and Amar’s place was exactly what I needed—comfortable, convenient, and filled with warmth. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Maritim Hotel and Stuttgart’s Haus der Wirtschaft. The studio itself is well-equipped, cozy, and practical—ideal for a hassle-free stay. But the true highlight of my experience was Pia and Amar themselves. They are the kindest, most welcoming hosts you could hope for, instantly making me feel at home. Their genuine warmth and hospitality turned a simple stay into a memorable experience. I can’t wait to come back! Next time, I hope to spend more time exploring the beautiful garden behind the house, admiring Pia’s incredible artwork, and experiencing Amar’s amazing DJ performances. Highly recommended!

Extremely well located, across the street form Milaneo, the best mall in the city. Also at 10-20 min walking distance from Stuttgart Haubtbahnhof, Schlossplatz, Schlossgarten, Feuersee, and the Staatsgalerie museum, among other places. Ante is a great host. He'll answer to your messages very quickly and give you support if you need any help.

Had a great stay at Yvonne's place. Great outside balcony, very close to train station, downtown and a park. The pool table was fun. Yvonne was very responsive and helpful. Would highky recommend.

It was a great stay with Susanne and Wolfgang. Check-in was very straightforward. We were even allowed to check in a little earlier in consultation. You felt right at home in the apartment. Everything you need and more was there. It was noticed that everything was thought of with great care. The communication was very pleasant, as the hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to requests.

We had a wonderful 3 days at the property. We felt very comfortable. Sauna and hot tub everything worked great. One thing that bothered me a little was that unfortunately dirty dishes were in the drawer. But even there you can look over it and make it clean. But all in all, it was very nice and we will be back.

My husband and I spent four wonderful days in this excellent apartment. Everything is of high quality and selected with a lot of love. And most of all, it's very comfortable. For example, the beds: toppers in medium hardness, just right for both my husband and me. Or the large sofa with pillows and a cozy blanket. I found it extremely pleasant that the kitchen has an induction stove. We were able to charge our car at the Wallbox, which is also very convenient. Harald welcomed us warmly and was always immediately available when we had questions. This warm atmosphere as well as many small extras rounded off the vacation experience. We can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment, even for wheelchair users, because everything is barrier-free and perfectly thought out.

I stayed at Halil's place for 1 week, it was a small but had everything you would need for a short stay. Halil does not know English very well, but I had a friend translate and any text communication translated from German to English well. I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb, it was located near Bus and Train stops, and a short walking distance to Kelley, which ultimately served as a nice retreat once home. the only bad mark I would say is the Internet is HORRIBLE, super slow, when it was actually connected which was less than half the time, my phone, and computer would constantly get disconnected from internet. Luckily I had my phone to hot spot to, so not super bad for me.
