Clean, tidy, great contact with the owners. As a base to get to the slopes, this house did a great job.

For our honeymoon in the Dolomites we rented this beautiful apartment. The apartment was very clean, luxurious, modern and we really felt at home there. Elfi was extremely nice and gave us the best tips for the surroundings and responded quickly. The garden was really a beautiful addition to relax and unwind. A supermarket is located under the apartment, which is very convenient if you want to stay nearby for a day. Bathroom was spacious and modern and the kitchen was equipped with every comfort! My wife and I will definitely be back 😍

Family of 4, Stayed 3 nights. Great for kids. Pull out couch was comfortable for 1 person. The loft is great for kids, not so much for adults as the ceiling is low. It is open to the main bedroom so not private. Grocery store is just a short walk down the street. Walkable to downtown, but up hill on your way back!

Really an incredibly beautiful apartment in a beautiful location with lots of space inside and outside. The surroundings are very quiet. To get into the village, having a car is useful. In addition, there are great restaurants in the city center of Neustift. The host is very engaged and dedicated to giving her guests a memorable time. That's why it certainly worked.

The place was spotlessly perfect with all the facilities, the room and living room kitchen both had enough space, and it had everything we needed perfectly. The garden is also spacious and even has a small garden connected to the kitchen. Most importantly, the host responds quickly and cheerfully, and answers questions clearly.

The stay was all around perfect! The place was exactly as described – it was very clean, cozily furnished and well equipped. The location was quiet, yet central, so you could reach everything quickly. I was there with my family and little daughter, and even a crib was there, which we greatly appreciated. The bed was also very comfortable and wide, perfect for restful nights. The host was super friendly, helpful and available at any time. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Chosen for a month’s stay to ski at local resorts. Excellent location from that point of view (though you need a car with winter tires to get up and down the steep road to the property). Large house, very clean and neat, and host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a very nice stay. The accessibility by car and by ski bus of the ski resort Schlick 2000 is great. Communication with the host was very relaxed and helpful. Thank you - it was very nice

I was alone in this huge house. But I counted the beds and they match the information. Also nicely divided for 9 guests. However, in my opinion, "Tim" is not a person, but a synonym. The house is professionally managed by an administration. I'm sure I didn't communicate with any Tim. There was no telephone contact. Was not necessary, I got all the information here, the rest was self-explanatory. I was definitely satisfied, even if the terraced house is not quite like the photos. So, 80s style but ok and clean in a quiet settlement and definitely worth the money. Best regards

My partner and I booked Simon's place to relax and explore the area. Simon was super accessible, the place was clean and great. You were able to feel right at home. It was extremely clean. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Lovely property set in beautiful surroundings. Decor was gorgeous really well thought about, and they had thought of all the little touches to make you feel at home. Accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Sauna and wine cellar were a bonus! Nice walks..and good public transport to Innsbruck and ski resorts, which we used and were approx 30 mins away.. Host was helpful and responded promptly when needed. would definitely stay here again...miss it already!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Sigrid gave us an extremely warm welcome. She was always available to us and the cottage is really impeccable, very well equipped and very attractively designed. We felt right at home and enjoyed the stay very much. Next time we'd like to stay a little longer. The bathroom, the well-equipped kitchen and the living room with the Bluetooth system and the fireplace, the games cellar and the beautiful terrace with grill and existing charcoal, were all highlights for us. Likewise, the delicious cake that was ready for us on the table upon our arrival :) All in all, we would say eleven out of ten stars, we will be happy to come back and would recommend this place to everyone! Thank you Sigrid, for the nice and pleasant stay we had with you :)

Beautiful view from one of the terraces and a wonderful house for a family stay 😍 We were 🐶 traveling with four adults with three children plus a dog for a winter vacation and the house is perfect for such a trip. Heidi is great when it comes to instructions and it had everything to guarantee a nice vacation. Thanks very much again for that. 👍

We were guests of Dagmar and her husband for a short stay, both of whom are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is superbly furnished and the location is great, quiet, in nature and super connected in terms of traffic.

The place was amazing! Peaceful and quiet and so close to the gondola and to downtown. Gabriele was super nice and hospitable. Highly recommend!

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with parking in front of the house. You go to the apartment at ground level despite the hillside location, which was an advantage for my mother with a walker. Unfortunately, the weather was modest, but thanks to Netflix and cozy apartment, a rainy day "at home" was also no problem. The apartment is fully furnished, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. All in all we had a few very nice days. Thanks to Daniela !

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

Felix's place was as described. The location is really super close to Lake Chiemsee, but you can also quickly reach beautiful areas in the mountains by car. Ideal for an active holiday with a dog.

Super nice, neat and beautiful apartment! Large rooms, soft down blankets, lots of space, nicely decorated. Recommended!
