There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We don't have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

The Hochzillertal holiday home on the Kama Alm for up to 10 people lies at about 1000 meters altitude with a wonderful view! Built and furnished with great attention to detail and natural materials, large terrace, Organic / stone pine sauna, it is 200 meters to the snow-covered ski route (black slope) to Aschau, asphalted mountain road (!), cleared well in winter, leads in approx. 4 km from the valley up to the holiday home, in winter winter tires required, bring snow chains !!

Lenas Hütte

This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste, with a sauna and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. Our newly renovated apartment consists of four beautiful, spacious rooms, each with their own bathroom. All rooms lead to the balcony, from which you can enjoy an impressive view. There is also a rustic and modern living room with a new kitchen in the accommodation. Two large tables and numerous seating areas provide plenty of space to linger and relax. There is plenty of parking available in front of the house.

Our country house is located in a very quiet but central location. The ski areas Hochzillertal, Spieljoch and Hochfügen are easily reachable by skibus. In summer we are the ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can reach the first tee of the Uderns golf course on foot. If you prefer water sports, the Achensee offers a varied program!
