Spacious cottage on Lake Starnberg (400 m) in the south of Tutzing. Very quiet location in idyllic garden with pond and stream (therefore not suitable for children). First floor: living and dining room, terrace, kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, balcony. Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

Nestled between lakes in a fantastic location with breathtaking mountain views. Very peacefully situated, with the Osterseen lakes beginning right at your doorstep. The Starnberger See is just 500 meters away, as well as restaurants and shopping opportunities. Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by direct train or via the highway, just like the mountains. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally.
