Ideal for a vacation with 2, max. 3 families or small groups. House on three floors, space ideal for 8-10 people (in exceptional cases max. 12). On the first floor, there is a common living room with a kitchen block and a large table as well as an additional lounge with a sofa bed (thus usable as a 5th bedroom). On the 2nd floor, two large triple rooms, balcony, floor shower and two toilets. On the 3rd floor, two double bedrooms, balcony, shower and toilet. I rent the apartments my grandparents have furnished very lovingly & high-quality. Since they are no longer able to rent them out, I will continue with it. The apartment has about 51 m2.! The 2-story property is the oldest surviving miners' house from the time when there was a mine in the mountain Reither Kogel in St. Gertraudi. It consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with a shower) and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
