Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und idyllisch an einem Privatweg am Waldrand, sehr geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Achtung: Nichtraucherwohnung, Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Die Räume sind alle großzügig geschnitten, die Wohnung insgesamt hat ca. 100 m2 plus große Terrasse auf der Süd- u Westseite. Zum Dorfzentrum gehen Sie ca. 15 Min. Es gibt viele Wander-, Radfahr-und im Winter Langlauf- und Abfahrtsski-Möglichkeiten (Hochzillertal/Zillertalarena, Gerlos) und in Stumm ein wunderbares Freibad.

You can't live more beautifully if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle, but not out of the way. A perfect apartment, in the middle of greenery with wonderful and unobstructed views of the Zillertal mountains, at the end of a private road. Due to the ambitious location on the east side of the valley, countless long hours of sunshine are on the agenda.

Whether you are hiking, mountain biking or skiing, driving to the next town to Schwaz 9 km, or to Innsbruck about 20 km, to the Zillertal about 30 km, to the Swarovski Crystal Worlds to Wattens 7.5 km, or just relaxing, our house is located in the center of Weerberg, so everyone gets their money's worth. A bakery and a supermarket are a 10-minute walk.

The holiday apartment "Bergglück Stummerberg" is situated in Stummerberg and overlooks the Alps. This cozy and welcoming 62 m² property occupies the basement floor, is accessed via stairs, consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people. Lots of space to feel good in the beautiful Zillertal – in this spacious & quiet apartment. I rent the apartments my grandparents have furnished very lovingly & high-quality. Since they are no longer able to rent them out, I will continue with it. The apartment has about 71 m2.! We welcome individuals, multiple people, as well as families of all ages, gender, and of all backgrounds ! House rules & regulations apply to EACH/N in the same way. :)

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Host offer for families. Our country house is in a very quiet yet central location. The Hochzillertal, Spieljoch and Hochfügen ski resorts can easily be reached by ski bus from us. In summer, we are an ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can walk to the first tee of the Uderns golf course from us. If you prefer water sports, Lake Achensee offers a varied program!
