Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. You'll find us at the entrance to the idyllic Stubai Valley, surrounded by the stunning mountain scenery of the Stubai Alps. The traditional village of Mieders lies at the foot of the Serles, which is very popular with hikers, skiers, mountain bikers and, thanks to the water park and summer toboggan run, also with families. The Serlesbahnen lifts are just a few minutes' walk away and offer access to an enchanting ski area in winter. A free ski bus takes you to the Stubai Glacier.

Enjoy beautiful days on the cozy terrace and fine relaxation in the hot tub! For motorcyclists, we have a garage. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.
