Wonderful place to stay in the mountains with its own pool. It was even more beautiful as described. Beautifully laid out with amazing views on all sides. A place to feel good!

Were there with the family over Pentecost and can only report good things. Pictures correspond to reality or the kitchen has been completely modernized and renovated. Esther is really very friendly and right there if you have any questions. She is a very warm person who also has good tips in rainy weather. We can really recommend it, because the location is also great! (Completely surrounded by mountains, just fantastic!)

Super stay. Fabulous house which easily accommodates 7 people or more. We had a great stay and can highly recommend. Kids loved the swimming pool and playground, and the area, as well as the hosts were fantastic. Thank you!

The place was just great! Everything you needed was there and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. The children were allowed to feed the rabbits in the garden, you had your private area in the garden and the mountain panorama was awesome. A really great, family-friendly place to stay. There were even high chairs, changing table, baby bed and games for children and adults. The area invites you to many activities - it is not far to Imst, the Ötztal or the Pitztal. So a great starting point. Daniela and her husband were always available to answer any questions. Clear recommendation for a family vacation in the mountains!

We had a wonderful time with Theresa in Pfronten! The place was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – ideal for our stay with children. Theresa is a warm and helpful host who provided us with great tips about the area. The location is great: quiet, but still central, with beautiful views of the mountains and lots of excursion options nearby. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Carina, Klaus and her whole family were so welcoming during our time here and we had such a wonderful stay. The facilities were spacious, clean and there was plenty of room for two adults and two children - not to mention the stunning views. A perfect location to enjoy surrounding bike parks and a very easy walk to the regular tram into Innsbruck. Being able to see the organic farm in action was such a great experience for the kids and the delicious bakery next door was an added bonus. Thank you for such a great stay, we hope to be back!

Our family had a great time at Michael and Katrins house in Fussen. The house is beautiful Inside and has everything you could need and more. The location is perfect. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and would be happy to come back!

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

Great place to stay with a great location. The spa area with alpine panorama was outstanding. The quiet location invites you to relax. Shops/restaurants right in the village, 5 minutes by car. Beautiful hikes right from the property. All in all a very nice stay, we will be happy to come back.

It is a gem of a property. The views are awesome. The dining cum living room is huge. The kitchen has required amenties. Daniel and Martina were always responsive. Martina herself welcomed us and gave us a property tour with necessary instructions. She also helped us with bread and eggs.

Reinhold picked us up at the train station and brought us to the house. They showed us everything, and although language was a problem, we communicated with Google translate. They checked on us frequently and were very friendly.

We (2 couples) had a wonderful weekend at Christina's place. The apartment is great, very clean, cozy, well equipped (towels of various sizes, kitchen with spices, dish towels, many glasses, etc., additional blankets, information material for activities, restaurants, etc.) and with parking. Just around the corner there is a nice bakery. For restaurants, however, you need a car, about a 10-minute drive and then you are already in downtown Sterzing. In summer you can use the small garden in front of the house. There is no dishwasher, but you have a freezer available next to the fridge. The guest toilet (no shower) is very convenient next to the spacious bathroom on the 1st floor (with bath and shower). Christina welcomed us warmly after she described the arrival to us. We'd love to come back and highly recommend this place!

Our 2nd stay at Ronald's sun house was also fantastic. During our tours, we often compared the vacation homes in the area with "ours" and every time it was clear that we had made the best choice: the location, the privacy - everything was great. Ronald also provided us with hiking and event tips this time, which we were happy to take advantage of. For us it is certain: We will come back someday.

Perfect apartment for a ski vacation! We had a great stay at this apartment! The apartment is very spacious, modern and equipped with everything you might need – from kitchen utensils to basic supplies such as salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. With three bedrooms, it was perfect for the six of us. The location is ideal, especially for skiers: The ski bus stops right outside the door, so you can easily get to the ski resort. There is also enough space to accommodate everything neatly. The apartment is not only large, but also very nicely furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. Another highlight was the uncomplicated and warm contact with Magdalena. It was accessible throughout and super friendly. We highly recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back!

Well located accommodation in the city, at the foot of the mountains, may be a little close to the airport 🤣 but we were there to sleep. Breakfast outside under the pergola, very nice to start the day

Very recommendable 2-room apartment: a bedroom with connected bathroom upstairs and a spacious kitchen/living down the shared (with the family) stairs. Everything clean and comfortable and well equipped. A super quiet place, perfect for people loving nature and silence. Every night we drifted into sleep listening to the sound of the mountain stream rushing just outside the bedroom windows! It is also a perfect place for guests coming without a car: There’s a busstop within 100 meter, with 4 buses an hour going from the glacier to Fulpmes and Innsbruck, stopping in many hamlets and sightseeing points along the way. These buses are free with the Stubai guest card that Birgit hands you upon check-in! 5 minutes by bus is a Spar supermarket and a little further in Neustift center there are more shops. There’s a restaurant in the village and several more within easy reach with the bus :)

We had a nice experience. The view is amazing and amidst nature. The proximity to Innsbruck makes it comfortable for a day trip. The bathrooms are renovated and spacious, on the other hand bedrooms make squeaky noise as one walks, due to old wooden flooring (something for light sleepers). The house is also well equipped with all appliances. The kitchen, dining, and living room make it cozy and open. Overall recommended.

It’s a huge private property with great price for the value. The equipment of the kitchen is great, the rooms were very clean. Facilities for children to play right in the garden. I nearby ski piste (Serlesbahnen) is great for small kids to learn, the magic carpet is right near the parking lot, no need to take the cabin.

Lots os space for 3 families, there was everything we needed. It was just what we were looking for
