Marion’s place is a little slice of heaven! Such an amazing view over the fjord, this rustic yet cosy, comfortable home has with everything we needed… (including fluffy towels- a very welcome change!) We enjoyed some down time from our busy holiday schedule, and loved soaking up the location - from coffee by the lounge windows,; a read on the patio, cozying up with blankets. Marion has truly thought of enerything. The laundry in the bathroom is probably the most functional one we’ve had on out travels. A quick 10 min drive to town too to cafes and supermarket, and of course the gondola for amazing fjord views Lastly , Marion was a lovely responsive host, very helpful with local recommendations. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world - we will definitely stay again!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Margrete’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained — everything was exactly as described and even better in person. Margrete was a kind and thoughtful host, always quick to respond and happy to help with anything I needed. I felt completely comfortable and welcome throughout my stay. We rented this house for New Year's, and it was a wonderful experience. The house was warm and cozy, and it felt just like home. The owner had decorated it beautifully for the holiday. The view from the windows was breathtaking, creating the perfect atmosphere. We would rent this house again and highly recommend it to others.

Hans and Emily's house is a real gem! Everything has been thought of, there is everything you need and more. The rooms are beautiful and the house has a special charm. A travel cot and high chair were provided for our daughter, there are games for children and adults - so even in bad weather there is no room for boredom. Charging the electric car also worked perfectly (for a more than fair fee). The communication with Hans during the stay was very friendly and helpful. All in all, a really great place to stay with so many options that we hope to try out on our next visit (canoeing, BBQ, swimming etc). Many thanks to Emily and Hans and all the best!

Wow! What an amazing place! It is like staying at a friends home - super comfortable, homey, and relaxing. The "sun room" was enchanting and we sat there for fours enjoying the different moods of the fjord. The location was beyond anything I can describe - it was so quiet! Lindy was very responsive and quick. There was nothing that could not have asked for!

A charming guesthouse located in a peaceful area. It is perfect for families as there is plenty of space for children to play at, and many options for a scenic walk or nearby trip. Einar is also a nice host and easy to communicate with. We hope to come back and we recommend this place!

The scenery is particularly beautiful, looking out from the restaurant window is grass, snow-capped mountains and the sea, the surrounding environment is quiet, you can enjoy the view alone, undisturbed, the interior of the room is large, the decoration is cute

This was our second stay with Jon Robert & Anna. It is a beautiful place across a small road from the lake with mountain views - including views of waterfalls & the glacier. The apartment is decorated with personal touches, making you feel like you are at home. There are MANY things to do just a drive away. Ålesund is only an hour away. We also drove to Runde (the famous bird island) from here. Jon Robert has a printed guide book with exact routes on driving tours of the area. He is so helpful and friendly. The apartment is very clean, and in very good condition.

Jon is an awesome host. He is very friendly, always helpful and has lots of tips for hiking tours or anything else in the area. The apartment is very clean, well equiped and you can enjoy a stunning view from the balcony. I can highly recommend to stay there. Big thanks to Jon for all!!

The apartment was beautiful and the views amazing. Linda gave clear instructions so we had no problems getting in the apartment. It felt cosy and warm with candles burning when we walked in. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment!

The apartment is very nice, modern and furnished with great taste. Everything you need is there and it has an outdoor space. The place where it is located is surrounded by greenery; it is a pity that the nearby town of Forde, (where you have to go if you want to dine out), is a chaotic center with no soul.

Everything was good, the accommodation looked like the pictures and matched the description. The contact with Trude was pleasant and straightforward. ☺️ We felt comfortable!

We have been to Randi's for the second time and are still thrilled. You come into the apartment and feel at home. There are loving details everywhere. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is sparkling clean. It's the best place around to get to the puffins. Great parking included. We look forward to the 3rd stay at Randi's :-)
