Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Cozy apartment in a beautiful town

Cozy apartment in the center of Kowar - a beautiful village hidden between the Giant Mountains and Rudawami Janowickimi. From Kowar there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, the Edge Pass, Skalny Table), which are a great alternative to (often crowded) trails starting, e.g. from Karpacz. There are also many places to visit in Kowary, such as the Underground Tourist Trail of the Kowary Hospital, the Miniatur Park of the Monuments of Lower Silesia, or the Sentment Museum.

Apartment 3 in the former mill

We invite you to apartment no. 3 in Karpniki in the atmospheric interior of the former mill. There is a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed for 2 more people. The view from the living room extends to Karpniki and the Karkonosze Mountains. The apartment has 1 parking space on the property. Please note that it is old building with wooden ceilings. That means you might hear the sounds from other apartments that are upstairs.

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawsky Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, a spa before the war. The house is located in close proximity to the forest on an unspoiled clearing. If you're thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the view of the skylights, the bird's hut, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows slower and the world is more fully and attentive, then come to the High Grass.

DZIK near Karpacz cottage with sauna & fireplace

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
