When we arrived, we were immediately expected, the host was constantly available by phone and terribly nice and welcoming, we had a lot of privacy and the backyard, which is a big waste for the smokers, and a big plus is the proximity of food and the welcome of the dogs. A peaceful and quiet retreat in a very beautiful surrounding. The apartment has everything you need on a daily basis. We rented it for 5 month and had a really good time throughout the summer. Lovely cities nearby such as Passau, Walkirchen and other little towns. Walking into the Czech Republik takes 30 minutes and driving towards Austria it takes only 20 minutes. Overall, we can highly recommend this location and apartment if you like the remote feel and nature. Very special thanks to Olga who was an excellent host.
