Apartment Poplená is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 71 m2 for 5+1 people. Around the house, there is a large garden with a sauna. It is a 10-minute walk to the center with shops. There is also a pharmacy in the village.

The cottage is located in the cottage area Dobrá voda in Horní Planá less than two kilometers from the Lipno dam. Ideal for families with children. Near Dobrá voda there are all amenities for visitors: restaurants, shops, cultural and information center, summer cinema, hiking and biking trails, beach and many summer events organized by the town of Horní Planá. The cottage is heated by electric INFRA heating, pellet stoves and a fireplace.
