Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - waiting to be walked or cycled. It sleeps two at mezzanine level (+ has a travel cot), an open plan kitchen and cosy living area + bathroom with bath and shower. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in the Cotswolds AONB on the outskirts of Tetbury, a stones through from the Royal Gardens of Highgrove, Gatcombe, Westonbirt Arboretum and Badminton. Swallow Barn is a converted old cow shed on an organic mixed farm that is teeming with both flora and fauna. Great for picturesque walks or a visit to the historic market town of Tetbury or cirencester. A peaceful getaway with occasional noises of farm machinery or farm animals.

The Garden Studio Graywalls Stroud

5 mins walk from Stroud train station, the wood clad Garden Studio is airy and modern and surrounded by green. It overlooks our garden, and apart from the trains (only 2 an hour) it’s peaceful but also so close to the pretty hilly town of Stroud. The bustling farmers market on a Saturday is a great fun and the commons and walks are spectacular. There is parking on our drive. To get to the studio walk down the gravel pathway past our front door. The key hold is by the studio door.

Manor Farm Annex with Garden

The 2 bedroom property (sleeping 3) adjoins the our main house but has its own entrance. It is at the end of a short track in a very quiet location. It is all on one floor. It is an old building and does have a few rough edges. Being on the Cotswold Way you have access to great walks in every direction. There is space to store muddy boots and dry off. Stroud with its famous saturday morning market is 10 minutes drive. Gloucester 20 minutes and Cheltenham 30 minutes.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. The Annex is a light and spacious self-contained studio above a garage with wonderful views across the valley. It has its own entrance, parking, and a private wooden deck with seating. There are plenty of wonderful walks you can do from our doorstep including the Cotswold Way, and a fantastic pub in the village which serves delicious food. You are surrounded by nature and wildlife, but Stroud is only an eight minute drive (or a 40 minute walk …!) away.
