Monthly Rentals in Stony Lake

Another excellent week at McCracken's Landing. I couldn't say enough great things about how every single person working the cabins, restaurant, and store are all so friendly and truly care about the place and their guests. It's a slice of paradise!

Such a quaint private cabin situated on a large farm property. The host had complimentary farm fresh eggs, fresh jam cookies, and a scavenger hunt on trails within the property for guests to explore. There were also llamas and chickens on the way in and maple syrup, jam, and more farm fresh eggs for sale. They had a detailed instruction manual with directions on how to work the heater, compost toliet, taps, and all other equipment. The instructions are clear and everything makes sense if you follow their directions. The bed was extremely cozy and comfortable. We had a great stay and highly recommend this cabin!

We had an incredible stay at Michelle and Gary’s beautiful designer cottage! The space is stunning, with an amazing view that instantly puts you at ease. It truly feels like a luxury hotel—every detail has been thoughtfully curated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (just bring your food!), and the bedrooms were super comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained. The layout is perfect for multiple families, with a large open area to gather and plenty of cozy nooks to relax and unwind separately. The boathouse was a big hit—it’s well-equipped with lots of water sports gear, and the dock is a great spot for fishing. An ideal getaway!! we’re already looking forward to coming back!

It was great to be back again. The place was wonderful again and we truly appreciate all that Tim & Cindy do to keep the place up and looking nice. We also noticed that there was a new wood stove which was a lot nicer for keeping the place warm at night as we had a couple of chilly nights, so thank you for that upgrade. we really enjoy the place and the location in proximity to the lake.
