A custom built Viceroy style (panoramic windows) cottage. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 fire place. The lake is ideal for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. We have 1 canoe, 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and 1 pedal boat on site. The inside of the cottage is perfect for family gatherings with an open concept floor plan and plenty of space for all to relax. The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is situated on a large partially treed property in the Kawarthas. This property includes a lake lot at the bottom of the hill with a dock to access Stoney Lake. Located close to boat launches at McCracken's Landing or Gilchrist Bay, Stoney Lake offers access to the Trent Canal System . A pedal boat, 2 kayaks and a canoe are available (guests should supply their own life jackets as they are required in all watercraft)

It sits on 95 acres of private property and is located 5 min from Stoney lake. A wood stove and propane heater inside to keep things toasty. A queen bed in the loft to curl up in.
