Monthly Rentals in Stonewall

Martha is a fabulous host! Anytime we had a question, she was quick to respond and very helpful. We had tons of space…lots of sleeping capacity and it was extremely nice having 3 full bathrooms! It looked exactly like the photos online—kind of quirky with tons of beds everywhere, but perfect if you’ve got a large group! The beds were very comfortable, and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen was large and very well stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots & pans—everything you’d need, including both a regular drip coffeemaker and a Keurig. Martha had even put out some holiday decorations to make her home even more festive for us! Would definitely recommend!!

Melanie & Bart were wonderful hosts with great recommendations for a variety of activities. We were greeted by a couple of friendly four-legged friends as we came down the long, private drive. We enjoyed the peaceful mornings watching the sheep graze in the pasture and the deer come to the feeder. A cup of coffee on the porch watching the sunrise was the perfect start to the day. The Hye & Bye was just a short half hour drive to Pedernales State Park for some great hiking. We also enjoyed a few wineries within a 15 minute drive. Wonderful Winedown Weekend with some girl friends.

My boyfriend and I came up for our 4 days off to visit the area and stayed at this lovely location. We had a wonderful stay at Last Stand and highly recommend for others! The home was small and perfect for the two of us. Amy also has an excellent local recommendations guide that was so incredibly helpful. Thank you for the wine and personal note, as well as making our stay just a little extra special! 10 out of 10 recommend and will stay here again when in the area next!

First of all, this place was the cleanest ARBNB we have ever stayed in. The property is overlooking the Pedernales river therefore the views are beautiful. Our stay was quiet and relaxing. This place is a great option for couples just looking for some rest and relaxation. Location is far enough from the main hub of Fredericksburg to be relaxing but a short drive into town and wineries. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for sharing your property.
