Absolutely perfect home to holiday in. Loved every single thing, especially how immaculate the entire house was. Location was just fantastic and we literally could not have enjoyed our Easter break more. Our dog loved the garden and Stoksley is so beautiful and friendly with wonderful people.

What a beautiful property. It was well equipped for everything you could need, a comfy bed and lovely fresh linen. The location is good, only a few mins walk into the village. Whilst there’s no parking onsite, this was manageable with a parking spot less than 50m away. This property is decorated beautifully.

Booked Johns place for myself and my daughter as we were visiting relatives over Easter period and it was perfect! Great location in the centre of the village but also felt very private! I loved that you could hear the nearby river and weir from the patio area. Lots of great places to eat and drink in the village. The accommodation was spotless and everything was in perfect condition and working. John is available if required but very much respects your privacy. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anybody. 👍

Great last minute stay for what my partner and I wanted. Very friendly host and nice touches in the accomodation. It was our fault we didn't realise there was no oven- but we where surrounded by places to eat and shops so it was no issue. Couldn't fault the stay and was great value for money.
