We have already stayed at this property for the third time to simply switch off from the stress of everyday life. The area radiates pure tranquility and relaxation and that in a prime location with fantastic views of the mountains. Regarding the accommodation: Marcus provides a hut in perfect order in which you feel very comfortable from the first second. All useful utensils that are needed daily are provided. The wood-burning stove also creates a very cozy atmosphere. All in all, definitely worth a stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Birken Suite! The 4 days of "relaxation " for us were perfect and the apartment really offers a lot of privacy. Fresh eggs were delivered to the door every morning – a lovely touch! Breakfast could also be booked. Surroundings is quiet, ideal for forgetting the stress of everyday life. The hot tub has enough privacy, which made the stay even more enjoyable. There was nothing missing in the apartment overall, everything was great! It is beautifully decorated and decorated. We had a wonderful stay that was just right for us. The house is located on the margins of a small peaceful village. The host was incredibly kind, responsive. Upon the arrival a fireplace was already lit waiting for us. The room was spacious, and the house itself was beautifully designed with a cozy, tasteful interior that made it feel like home.

We felt very comfortable in Hanni's Farbscheune. The place was exactly as described - quiet & perfect for relaxing. Hanni was always available & above all the free bike rental pleased us very much, as we could thus easily & quickly explore the city. If we had any questions, Hanni was always available & otherwise we always had nice conversations with her and her family. We will be happy to come back!!

We felt very comfortable in the house, the equipment is very good. The heating with the wood stove worked out very well and in addition there are infrared panels in the bathroom and bedroom, which is very pleasant. We also enjoyed the surroundings very much, there are many hiking routes for every level. Communication with Anita and Mathias was very kind and informative. We will be happy to come back.

The place was great, I would even give seven stars. It was just great, it was just everything you need. The apartment is very inviting and you feel right at home, the area is very quiet and you wake up with a beautiful view of the Alps. The hosts are very accommodating and very nice.

There were five of us in Chalet 37 over Easter and felt super comfortable there in the cozy and well-equipped kitchen-living room. We couldn't really appreciate the beautiful living room on the first floor in the short time and in the most beautiful Easter weather. For this, we enjoyed the magnificent garden with various benches, table groups, loungers and great views of the Gaflenz Valley. The entire cottage is tastefully decorated with lovely details and decor. Just a place to feel good. Upon arrival, the landlord also provided us with a room in the annex to lock our bicycles. Super nice and accommodating. Thank you!!

Christian was very proactive, responsive and communication was stress-free with him. His apartment is big enough to host 6 people, has an amazing sunny balcony to enjoy breakfast with friends and has a very beautiful swimming pool in the courtyard. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a peaceful quiet time in Christkindl/Steyr.

Angelika is the best host I've ever seen! She's sweet, kind, and pleasant! We've enjoyed our stay in her place, as it was wonderful. The view from our bedroom was fantastic - you look in the window and see the Austrian Alps. The place was neatly clean and styled to details. This house has exceeded our expectations! I strongly recommend and wish to return some day!

We booked the palce with a hope for a very quiet time in the mid of no-where, yet reasonably closed to local community and boy, we could have not chosen a better place! 15 minutes from the motorway and 10 minutes from local shops and pubs, the house is surrounded by hills and woods. The most spectacular view from the balcony! Ariane is the most wonderful and responsive host! We arrived rather late but her dad showed us around. The apartment was exactly as per pictures, super clean, all you need for a short break away. My doggie and me instantly felt at home, so cosy! Ariane provided us with tips and ideas for walks and activities, which we so enjoyed. Especially the walk in Schiederweiher - PERFECT! One can chose the level of hiking to their taste, take a break by the stream and the pub there is just perfect with delicious local food! Local shops are well stocked but all close at 6 pm - just a wee note for late doers, like myself ;-). Overall - THANK YOU, Ariane!!! xxx

We were 5 people (2 adults 3 children: 10, 10.7) and 3 nights. The property has enough space. The furnishings are older than in the photos, but everything is in good condition, only the window in the toilet could not be completely closed. Everything clean and tidy. The location is quiet yet central to many excursions in the area. Check-in and check-out were straightforward.

Very good strategic area...15min far from Hinterstoder, 15min far from Wurzelalm, 45min from Linz. The accomodation was very comfortable, I especially enjoyed very well equipped kitchen. My children loved to play billiard and chest in the hall and my youngest appreciated very well peanuts elevator😁

We felt so lucky to have found Erwin’s cottage - the room is so cosy and beautifully built. We felt instantly at home! Erwin was the loveliest host (the very best we have ever stayed with), and our kids loved feeding the chickens and playing in the stream. There are lots of walks to explore and rock climbing nearby, and a great restaurant just down the hill. Thanks so much for our stay Erwin, it was just what we needed!

A fantastically beautiful place to stay, you should just make sure to bring enough data volume, as there is no Wi-Fi available. The rest of the amenities are very nice and the bathroom is brand new. All the gadgets like fireplace, hot tub and sauna are great for relaxing after long hikes in the surrounding area. Furthermore, the accommodation is very dog-friendly. For a medium-sized dog, the fence is tight.

Very friendly, easily accessible, helpful and knowledgeable hosts. Quartier is as described, enormously spacious, very quiet yet centrally located and very suitable for a family vacation. Kitchen has everything you need (including pots), there are two bathrooms (both with shower and toilet, one is large and with bathtub). Shopping, gastronomy and old town of Steyr can be reached in a few minutes' walk. Especially pleasant for our arrival on the holiday: basics (toilet paper...) but also coffee powder for the filter machine and even fresh milk were available. You'll be very welcome! We highly recommend this neighborhood and its hosts.

The place was super clean and the hosts very nice. You can move freely on the farm and to the animals. The kids had a great time. On the first night, trout was grilled for us, which also tasted excellent. Everything absolutely recommended!
