Free use of TV, Wi-Fi, PlayStation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even on hot summer days.

The woods begin right at the doorstep, with hiking trails and an indoor climbing hall just a short drive away. A simple home – no luxury – but a peaceful retreat for nature lovers of all ages, perfect for outdoor play, slow mornings, and quiet evenings. Two friendly cats live on the property and may stop by to say hello.

Our place is right in the center of Steyr only about 2 minutes' walk from the train station. There are several supermarkets in the surrounding area and the city center with the beautiful old town is only a 2-minute walk away. There you will find several great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops... The apartment has 2 separate walk-in bedrooms and is located in the attic of an apartment building. In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.

Here at the entrance to the national park, just a quarter of an hour from Steyr, this new apartment is modern and functionally furnished. Centrally located in the village with private parking, only 300 m to the train station. The beautiful terrace by the river and green areas are suitable for use. Every half an hour there is a train leaving to Linz.
