Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

We had some very nice days here. The place is ideal for families and couples with dogs - the small garden with direct access to the creek was definitely a highlight for our dogs. The place "Sand" is ideally located for day trips to the limestone Alps and Steyr is just a stone's throw away. Rebecca and Petra took care of us super hospitable and warmly - we will be happy to come back.

We were more than positively surprised. The house is just wonderful. As soon as here, we could hardly leave the everyday stress behind us elsewhere. The house, which was located in the middle of the forest and in the mountains and directly on the water, brought a fundamentally relaxed atmosphere. Everything in the house was consistent. You quickly realized that a lot of love was put in here. Thanks for the nice, if unfortunately much too short time!

Sven's house is very special: you can tell in every corner how much love, work and passion has been put into it. Beautifully restored, with a great sense of the original charm of the house and the place - at the same time very comfortable. The view from the house is fantastic and due to the secluded location you can enjoy it in complete tranquility. We spent a long weekend with three generations there - in really bad weather. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time, and that was also because we had it very pleasant and cozy in the house. The tiled stove was on and the fassauna in the garden with mountain views was always running. Thank you very much - a beautiful place!

Manuel's stay was perfect! With all the comforts and sparkling clean. It was a half hour drive to the Messe Wels, where we had to be for 6 days, but that was no issue for us because this loft was perfect. We'll be back next year!
