Sitting outside you can listen to the birds and the brook which runs next to our property. The extraordinary thing about our house is that it is right in den middle of the historic town Steyr with the town square in just 5 minutes walking distance and on the other hand sitting in the garden or the terrace it feels like being on the countryside.

It is idyllically located next to a river right on the edge of the forest with a gorgeous mountain view. In summer and winter, the area offers a great range of leisure activities (pubs, skiing, tobogganing, swimming, cycling, rafting,)

If you like to be by the water, love nature (Kalkalpen National Park), like to paddleboard or ride a bike, then you are in the right place with us. Every Sunday there is a traditional flea market in our village. Feel free to bring your pets along for the stay. You have your own garden with river access. Steyr, the romantic city, is only 8 minutes away by car. Take time with your family/friends to hike or play games. We don't have Wi-Fi for a good reason. Back to the roots

In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.
