Bojastua is peacefully situated between mountains and sea in Røsvik, Hamarøy municipality, 6 km from Skutvik, which has a 24-hour store, and 14 km from the municipal center of Oppeid. From Skutvik, there is an express boat to Bodø and Svolvær all year round, and in the summer, there is a ferry to Svolvær (Lofoten). Bojastua is a lived-in house with charm, uneven floors, a steep staircase, and nostalgia. Here, there is a lot of lived life and history in the walls. Hamarøy is known for its fantastic natural scenery and endless hiking opportunities, which are absolutely worth experiencing.

Make memories for a lifetime in this unique and family-friendly space. There are countless opportunities here if you like hiking in the woods or in the mountains. Many marked trails. If you like fishing, you have both a fishing jetty and other suitable fishing spots… a lake and fishing waters within walking distance of Dukkestua… We have 3 great gazebos in the village, with barbecue facilities for those who want to use them. We also have a 24-hour store, about 1.5 km from Dukkestua. There is a walking and biking path there. Some Saturdays, we have a pub on the quay… It's very popular.

Sit back and relax at this quiet, elegant place in Steigen. Located close to Myklebostad where there are grocery stores and a liquor store, as well as other amenities. You will be staying very centrally in Steigen. Right below is the bus stop, which takes you to and from Helnessund. There is a speedboat from Bodø and Svolvær! This property is located on an older small farm. There is a large and nice parking space in front of the house. The house is newly built and offers laundry facilities, a new kitchen, new beds and more.

Enjoy quiet days with unique views of the sea and the mountains surrounding Brennvika. The silence is only broken by the waves towards the beach. The barn is conveniently located only 100 meters from the popular Brennviksanden. Great hiking opportunities summer and winter. Marked hiking trails. Choose between quiet walks along 2.5 km sandy beach, on gentle hillsides or on spectacular mountain peaks at 1000 m altitude. Speedboat access from Bodø and Svolvær to Helnessund, bus connection to Brennvika.

Welcome to the tranquil surroundings of our farm in Steigen. Here you are surrounded by cultivated landscapes, mountains and not least within walking distance to beautiful Bøsanden. The apartment is in the basement and is separated from the rest of the house. Guests have their own entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. The basement has water heating that provides a warm and pleasant atmosphere, and is otherwise bright and inviting. Ideal for couples, small families or friends.

The summer house in Steigberget

Back to the old days. Nostalgic and peaceful little cottage with simple standard. Living room with kitchenette + extra living room in the adjoining room with a view. 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor with low ceiling height. The dishes are washed the "old way" in a tub and water must be collected from the bathroom. No wifi or TV. Find peace and enjoy the view. Nice hiking areas, beach and campfire places nearby. Guests clean up after themselves, a fee will be charged on site if it is not cleaned.

Gammelstua at Storsæter Gård on Engeløya in Steigen

The Old House of our farm, charming house with a spectacular mountain wiew! The house is built about 1880, the bathroom and the kitchen is renovated. Here you can travel back in time, no tv.. The stairs scueecs, and the floor can be a bit cold in the winter, but all is forgotten when you fire up the fireplace. The island is perfect for hiking, biking and kajaking. Check in after 4 p.m, check out before 12 a.m. Transportation to or from the boat can be arranged. We wish you a peaceful stay.

Cabin with unique views

Here you can relax and recharge your batteries or you can be active. There is an opportunity for several mountain hikes in the area or you can rent a kayak/boat to see the islands that are in the area. There are also nice cycling opportunities around Engeløya. Cabin on 4 floors built in 2016/2017 so there are some stairs both outside and inside. Located on a hill and with a roof terrace, it offers a nice view of Lofoten and parts of Engeløya. There is a road all the way up to the cabin.

Hytta ligger i et av de beste landbruksområdene i Nord-Norge. Veiene og stiene og naturen i fjellene og langs kysten og i bygda her egner seg godt til fine turer. På sykkel og til fots. Eller kajakk. Her er godt grunnlag for naturopplevelser, friluftsliv og avslapping. Velkommen til en fin ferie.

Restored Barn Apartment on Engeløya

Røtnes is a beautiful bay on the stunning island of Engeløya, just opposite the Lofoten Islands. On the island you can find pristine, white beaches, mountains and valleys and the sea is crystal clear with plenty of fish. In our homestead we have a generous size barn where we have an artist studio, workshops and the guest studio apartment that we offer up as Air B&B. A wooden rowing boat, a canoe, kayaks and bikes to rent in spring, summer and autumn.
