Studio apartment in a unique barn

Put on your hiking boots, a small bag of coffee and food. Hike high or low in peaceful nature. Walk 15 to 20 minutes and you are on chalk white sandy beaches all by yourself. The evening can be enjoyed by the sea, 3 min walk, view of Lofotveggen and hopefully the midnight sun. There is a shower and hot water in the bathroom. If things go wrong, you can rent yourself into the adventure as a guest with me. Moroccan room with sauna and large massage bath. Here you can enjoy yourself to the fullest and hope for better weather tomorrow.

The apartment is located in Sennesvik, a small village 10 min from the closest city,Leknes. In Leknes you can find all the stores you need. The apartment has great view over the ocean and is surrounded by beautiful mountains. The apartment has wifi. I expect to find the apartmest as i left it. Clean and tidy. On Engeløya there are countless nice hikes, both easy and more demanding, with spectacular views in all directions.

Restored Barn Apartment on Engeløya

Røtnes is a beautiful bay on the stunning island of Engeløya, just opposite the Lofoten Islands. On the island you can find pristine, white beaches, mountains and valleys and the sea is crystal clear with plenty of fish. In our homestead we have a generous size barn where we have an artist studio, workshops and the guest studio apartment that we offer up as Air B&B. A wooden rowing boat, a canoe, kayaks and bikes to rent in spring, summer and autumn.
