The barn in Brennvika

Enjoy quiet days with unique views of the sea and the mountains that encircle Brennvika. The silence is only broken by the firewood against the beach. The barn is located nicely located to only 100 meters from the popular Brennviksanden. Great hiking opportunity summer and winter. Marked hiking trails. Choose from quiet walks along 2.5km of sandy beach, in sloping hillsides or on spectacular mountain peaks at 1000m altitude. Fast boat calls from Bodø and Svolvær to Helnessund, bus connection to Brennvika.

Gammelstua at Storsæter Gård on Engeløya in Steigen

The Old House of our farm, charming house with a spectacular mountain wiew! The house is built about 1880, the bathroom and the kitchen is renovated. Here you can travel back in time, no tv.. The stairs scueecs, and the floor can be a bit cold in the winter, but all is forgotten when you fire up the fireplace. The island is perfect for hiking, biking and kajaking. Check in after 4 p.m, check out before 12 a.m. Transportation to or from the boat can be arranged. We wish you a peaceful stay.

The summer house in Steigberget

Back to the old days. Nostalgic and peaceful small cottage with simple standard. Living room with kitchenette + extra living room in attached room with a view 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor with low ceilings. The dishes are done in the "old way" in a tub, and water must be collected from the bathroom. Not wifi or TV. Find peace and enjoy the view. Nice hiking areas, beach and fire pits nearby. Guests do their own laundry, fees apply on the premises if it is not cleaned.

Cabin with unique views

Here you can relax and recharge or you can be active. There are opportunities for more top hikes in the area or you can rent a kayak/boat to see the islands that are in the area. There are also nice bike opportunities around Engeløya. Cabin on 4 levels built in 2016/2017 so there are some stairs both outside and inside. Situated on a hill and with roof terrace it gives nice view towards Lofoten and parts of Engeløya. There is a road all the way up to the cabin.

Røtnes is a beautiful bay on the stunning island of Engeløya, just opposite the Lofoten Islands. On the island you can find pristine, white beaches, mountains and valleys and the sea is crystal clear with plenty of fish. In our homestead we have a generous size barn where we have an artist studio, workshops and the guest studio apartment that we offer up as Air B&B. A wooden rowing boat, a canoe, kayaks and bikes to rent in spring, summer and autumn.

The house is located in late Helnessund, about 200 meters from fast boat dock, shop and Nybrygga cafe. Lovely archipelago with white sand beaches ideal for kayaking, fishing and boat trips. Great and easily accessible mountain peaks nearby. 5 km to Norway's finest beach - Brennvikstranda. Nice little community. Cozy little house from 1952 with cherry garden and porch. Writing room: Private cozy house on the farmhouse at Bakkan Gård. The writing room contains living room with kitchenette and two bedrooms with bunk bed (120cm + 75cm) on one and a 140cm wide bed in the other bedroom. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The writing room is located at the sea, and there are nice swimming opportunities. The nearest village with shop and petrol station is called Bogøy and is 14 km away.
