Waterfront vacation rentals in Steigen Municipality

The place was located perfectly in the middle of lofoten islands and perfect for doing daytrips. The apartment was very clean and there was fresh bedsheets and towels for us. plenty of parking and apartment was easy to find. most importantly to us it was dog friendly so our puppy could enjoy the holiday with us. 🙂 thank you Lene!

Spent two days on Engeløya. Lovely surroundings and its own tranquility. Possibility of renting a bike and kayak and a fresh bath in the sea nearby. The apartment was incredibly nice, a lot of charm and soul, easy to feel at home. Eva is also an incredibly nice host and was helpful with my questions. Definitely recommend!

The apartment is so beautiful! Definitely one of my best airbnb experiences. The apartment is white spacious with 3br. The view from the window is just wow! The location, apart from being close to a bay with incredible view, is quite convenient, about 10-15min driving from Leknes, where there is supermarket and everything else you might need. Vegard and Kine are super super helpful - can’t recommend this place MORE! Will definitely want to come back!

Charming and warm house recently renovated tastefully. It offers old-fashioned charm and modern comforts. Torill is very welcoming. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Wow. What a place to stay. We had a sensational time here. The space is completely new. This was stylishly and very high-quality developed and furnished. The view and the area are fabulous. The apartment floats above the sea. We could watch fish and crabs from the balcony. Communication was always super friendly. For the apartment and the view alone, we would travel to this area again. Thank you for this wonderful time.

The house looked exactly like in the pictures – modern interior, great amenities, and plenty of space. Remi was very helpful and checked in several times to see if we needed anything. He prepared a very welcoming space for us, and we truly felt at home. We highly recommend him as a host!

Staying in the poetry living room of Hamsun on what was his farm Skogheim must be among the most exclusive accommodations in Norway. The house is beautiful, the decor inside stylish. The place is centrally located in the center of Oppeid, but is still very sheltered with a sweeping view of the landscape. Right below the house we could wander into the same trails as Hamsun beyond in the northern countryside.

This year the house in Steigen was a substitute for the family house we usually visit every summer. It was therefore a very good option to borrow this home. Everything is functional and pleasant, not modern or hot. Three kilometers closer to the quay would have been convenient, but I would still not change it for the walking distance to overwhelming Brenviksanden and Kråktindene. We had nine wonderful days.

This place has that rare characteristic of feeling more like a home than a vacation stay. The host was extremely hospitable, and had left lots of treats for us on our arrival. We had an opportunity to meet them at the end of our stay and they were tremendously kind. The views were amazing and being able to walk down to your own beach to watch the sunset was magical. One special highlight was the greenhouse, which we escaped to often. A wonderful white sandy beach (Brennviksanden) and breathtaking hikes were only 5 minute drive away (the indoor jacuzzi was welcome after a long hike!). Location was easily accessible and relatively quiet despite being near a road and a shop was nearby. A small kids play area along with the beach and garden gave our little one lots to do.

Nice and cozy place, close to the speedboat. It was a great fit for our use. A little cold when we arrived, but it quickly got warm and homey. Amazing mountain views then foggy can't wait! Attentive and understanding host. Thank you very much for your stay. We would gladly came again.

We had a wonderful stay, felt at home right from the start. The kitchen was super equipped and everything was very clean.

Siv's place was welcoming, clean and tidy, quiet and peaceful. Siv and Vibeke were very nice hosts that we highly recommend.

Charming house in a wonderful location, right next to the sea. The views from the living room and the rooms are just gorgeous. During rainy days we loved staying in the house just watching the sea, the mountains and the little houses on the shore. The house has everything you might need. Although the stairs to the rooms upstairs might seem a bit steep at first, you quickly get used to them and we actually ended up loving them, as part of the authenticity and the charm of the house. Absolutely recommendable.

We stayed for five beautiful days in this rorbu. Spacious, clean, tidy, with beautiful views from both the living room and the bedrooms. Lovely. The location is very quiet and convenient for both the airport and visiting all the islands. Anita was always very kind and helpful.

Central and convenient location. The apartment is very clean and check in was easy. The charger for our EV made charging our car easy and we never had to stop to charge it while out during the day.
