We were greeted by Hetty in a very friendly way and guided into the apartment. The apartment was equipped as described, everything was new, very neat and clean. The location was great, from the balcony under the sloping roof you had a great view into the distance, even binoculars were thought of, for example, to watch the storks looking for food. Welcome drinks were already waiting for us in the fridge, a freezer was also available if needed. In addition to radiators, there was also air conditioning, which is certainly very helpful in the summer. All windows and balcony door were provided with insect screens, we didn't have a mosquito in the apartment. Right next to the house, a bike path leads to Giethoorn, you can be there in 10 minutes. Overall, we were very satisfied and are more than happy to recommend the apartment.

Alice's cottage has everything, really everything a person might need. When you step inside, you will immediately feel at home. This cottage has been lovingly decorated, you feel right away! It smells fresh, it's clean, cozy, cozy, it's coming home. When you enter, the cozy sitting area immediately stands out. A cozy dining area with lovely chairs and comfortable bench. The kitchen has quite everything you might need. Includes coffee, tea, salt and pepper for if you forgot. The bathroom is large and decorated with a washing machine (there was even a washing tablet in the drawer), nice vanity unit and even there it is nicely styled. Bedrooms perfect, beds sleep wonderfully and the children's room with bunk bed even gives the feeling that a child is walking into the room. Reading book, toys, nice light and even a night light. But our 18-year-old son was also able to sleep fine;-) Already looked during our stay if we could extend, so reluctantly go home. But we will definitely come back!

We had wonderful days at Wendy's house. Comfortably furnished, everything is available, state-of-the-art technical equipment. You look directly from the living room to the canal, but you can drive by car to the house entrance. Really great house for a great vacation!

We stayed at this accommodation for a weekend with a group of friends and we had a very nice time. Femke communicated clearly and proactively and helped us super with the creation of the hot tub and sauna. Special to sit in the hot tub overlooking the countryside. Everything was present in the cottage, there are several nice places to sit together. There are some quirks in the cottage (light buttons in illogical places, for example), but that is not really disturbing.

A rustic outdoor seating area is situated under a wooden canopy, featuring a large picnic table. The surrounding garden includes lush greenery and trees, creating a natural setting. The entrance to the vacation home is visible through large windows, highlighting the inviting façade of the building.

My stay in this house was excellent. From the first moment, everything was clean and well cared for, exactly as in the photos. There were no surprises, just a cozy and perfectly maintained space. Before I came, I read a negative review that made me doubt a little, but after my experience here, I can say with total certainty that it has nothing to do with reality. The house is impeccable, cozy and very quiet, ideal for resting and disconnecting. The village is beautiful, with charming and quiet streets. In the village everyone has been incredibly friendly and welcoming, which has made my stay even more enjoyable. Finally, I want to highlight the hospitality of the host and his family. From the first moment, they were attentive and helpful, always available for anything you might need. It is a real pleasure to find hosts so committed to the well-being of their guests. Definitely recommend this house I would definitely go back!

We were with another couple at this location. Two perfect accommodations that are internally connected, but can also be separated by two doors. You will not hear any noise from the other listing when the doors are closed. Furthermore, the accommodation is in a perfect place. You walk right into the center of Lemmer. The parking lot was also fine. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Lemmer.

Like the first time, everything was great. Very clean..everything lovingly prepared. Clara (landlady) came by once to ask if everything is okay! But EVERYTHING is really right here! From the apartments, everything is within walking distance, city center and also the beach. We will be happy to come back!!!

We visited the air benb with 5 people during the European ice skating in Heerenveen. The apartment exceeded our expectations, spacious and nicely decorated! It was very comfortable! How we enjoyed our weekend in the woods! The communication with Sophie was very nice. I had some questions about the welcome package about dietary requirements and she thought well about this. We could also buy through her wood, as we came by public transport and could not easily take it with us. Super nice that you could, the fireplace finished the cozy evenings. We also opted for a late check-out so that we could enjoy the cottage a little longer and take the cream workshop at Lotte's in the afternoon. A very nice end to the weekend! The cottage itself is located in a beautiful park among the trees. Even in winter you are surrounded with greenery and you can enjoy all the birds and squirrels in the garden. In short, a wonderful place to spend a number of days. Small tip for the train travelers: on weekends, the public transport bikes at Ommen station are very popular, so come early or bring your own bike:)

Monique and Peter have created a wonderfully beautiful place with lots of privacy and beautiful views. The house offers everything you need and has good beds. In addition, Monique was a nice, accessible host who made us feel very welcome and with whom it was nice and easy to communicate with. In terms of surroundings, it was an advantage that we had bicycles with us and could easily reach the wide area with so much beauty (Zwolle, Ommen, Dalfsen, Lemelerberg) nearby. Recommended!

Great stay – happy to stay again! The place was just as described – clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Check-in was also smooth at 10pm in the evening and Jessica and Luuc were super friendly and helpful - they even added a crib for us. We immediately felt comfortable - even with a 4 month old baby - and would be happy to come back on occasion!
