This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. This is where Giethoorn originated, and the oldest houses along the path are located here. No crowds of tourists. (They’re in Giethoorn Zuid.) Here, you can still enjoy the wonderful tranquility and the beauty of the old village of Giethoorn. Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

The house is located in the most beautiful spot in the Netherlands, in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve De Weerribben. Located directly on the water, there is every opportunity to rent boats, canoes, bicycles or a sup. The farm is located on the Zuiderzeepad and many bicycle junctions. The spacious apartment has 2 separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people. Optionally, a third bedroom/studio can be booked separately, only in combination with the apartment. Suite Plompeblad has a beautiful classic and rural interior, downstairs with a luxurious design bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs a spacious room with king-size box spring and on the split level a complete kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher. With rental of an electric boat right outside the door!

The Nutcracker: cozy farmhouse front house

On one of the most beautiful rural roads just outside the village of Sint Jansklooster is the renovated humpback farm from 1667. We have furnished the front house of the farm as an attractive accommodation for 2 guests who are fond of peace and privacy. The comfortably furnished front house has its own entrance. You have access to 2 canoes and a men's and women's bicycle. The many cycling, hiking and canoeing routes allow you to experience the Weerribben-Wieden National Park in all seasons.

A luxurious and spacious houseboat for rent near Giethoorn. The houseboat can be rented for people who want to go on holiday to Giethoorn, discover the Weerribben-Wieden National Park or just want to enjoy the peace and quiet. A unique location on the water with an unobstructed view of the reed beds. From the modern interior, high glass walls offer a view of the surrounding nature and you can spot many holiday boats in summer, in addition to various birds. An adjacent sloop can be rented.

'Ons Stulpje' is a complete, separate appartment with a comfortable kingsize boxspring bed, rain shower and complete kitchen. The jacuzzi can be booked separately (€30 per 2 h timeslot). The (shared) pool can be used in Summer. The airbnb is situated in the quiet countryside town Blankenham, close to tourist attractions like Giethoorn, Blokzijl, Steenwijk and National Park Weerribben-Wieden and Pantropica, Urk, and UNESCO Schokland. Breakfast can be added for €15 p.p. per day.

Close to the beautiful nature reserve "De Weerribben" is our beautiful 1-4 person cozy farmhouse. Perfect base for hiking, biking and canoeing. Hiking trails are available from this farm, and you can dive into the woods. Giethoorn 12 km, Overijssel 10 meters and Drenthe 13 km. In short, the location is ideal for exploring the Netherlands! If you come for peace, you are in the right place! The house is full of comforts, and you have a large fenced garden at your disposal.

Weerribben Reed Lodge

The completely renovated cottage is located on the edge of our property and overlooks the reed fields of the Weerribben National Park. The large windows give you the feeling that you are part of nature with a diversity of animals in their natural habitat. An ideal base for hikers, cyclists, nature and water lovers. With the accompanying canoes, you can go straight to the water via the backyard to follow one of the canoe routes or simply experience the peace and quiet.

Houseboat Senang

De woonboot ligt bij Giethoorn, met geweldig uitzicht op de Beulakerpolder. De verscheidenheid aan (water)vogels in dit gebied is groot. Het is een bijzondere plek om heerlijk tot rust te komen, en om Nationaal Park Weerribben-Wieden te ontdekken wandelend, fietsend, varend of met een kano. Het is een uniek en veelzijdig natuurgebied, met een gevarieerd landschap van uitgestrekte rietvelden, moerasland en water, afgewisseld met pittoreske plaatsjes op fietsafstand.

A beautiful wooden house located on my parents' property. Relax in an oasis of greenery from spring to early autumn, a beautiful warm autumn feeling when the trees change color or seek coziness in the winter months. In the beautiful surroundings, there are many places to visit. Giethoorn, fortified town Steenwijk and the Havelterheide. Furthermore, there are three national parks nearby, NP Weerribben Wieden, the Drents Friese Wold and the Dwingelderveld.

Our cozy cottage with Jacuzzi is located 6 kilometers from Giethoorn and in the middle of the National Park Weerribben-Wieden. At the back directly adjacent to the Wetering river, and at the front unobstructed views over the meadows with grazing cows. From the cottage, you can directly do all kinds of activities. Such as stand-up paddleboarding, cycling, boating, or eating out at Restaurant Geertien, which is within walking distance of the cottage.
