Het appartement is geschikt voor 4 personen en heeft een ruim balkon aan de waterkant. Het is altijd mooi om naar buiten te kijken. Of het nou de bootjes zijn in de zomer, de vogels in de lente, de kleurende bomen langs de kant in de herfst of een laagje ijs in de winter, alles is adembenemend mooi. De rust ongekend. Gasthuis Het Monument is located on the first floor in the coach house of our National Monument. It is located in the center of Vestingstad Steenwijk, a stone's throw from the Markt. There is a small terrace with a seating area. Bicycles can also be stored here. In the immediate vicinity, there are shops and restaurants. Festina Lente is een appartement in onze verbouwde, riet gedekte boerderij. Gelegen in Hamingen, een oud terpdorpje met 8 huizen/boerderijen. Het is dichtbij prachtige dorpjes zoals Giethoorn, Blokzijl, Staphorst, Meppel en ook de stad Zwolle. Natuurgebieden als de Weerribben, De Wieden, Dwingelderveld zijn goed te bereiken. Festina Lente is een compleet, comfortabel appartement met eigen ingang, woonkamer, keuken, badkamer, slaapkamer met 2 bedden privé terras en parkeerplaats.

In de kop van Overijssel, tussen Meppel en Giethoorn, ligt deze vakantiewoning op ons erf in een klein buurtschap. Het is een compleet 2-persoonsappartement en door de ligging een redelijk rustig plekje. Vanuit het appartement loop je zo het Nationaal Park Weerribben - Wieden in. Wandelen, fietsen en varen behoren allemaal tot de mogelijkheden. Op nog geen 1,5km begint het Kiersche Weidepad. Ook Dwingeloo in Drenthe ligt om de hoek met prachtige bossen en wandel/fietspaden.

De accommodatie is in een voormalig oud gemeentehuis, het loket is een uniek in takt gebleven detail. Zo vindt je ook aan de achtzijde van het pand nog een prachtige glas in lood raam. Wanneperveen in een typisch lintdorp dat hoort bij de gemeente Steenwijkerland. Het is een waterrijk gebied, en met de prachtige natuur zijn er ook veel wandel & fiets mogelijkheden. Binnen 15 minuten fietsen bent u in Giethoorn, en met 20 minuten fietsen bent u in de gezellige stad Meppel.
