Beautifully located in the Wieden-Weerribben Nature Reserve, a simple cottage (approx. 60 m2) is located at the back of our large yard, where you have complete privacy. Rushing Reeds, Peace and Space. Birdsong, croaking frogs The visitor center "de Wieden" is within walking distance; Giethoorn and Blokzijl can be reached from here by eco-water liner! (from May to September) The cottage is less suitable for families with babies or when you are with 2 couples.

The house is located in the most beautiful spot in the Netherlands, in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve De Weerribben. Located directly on the water, there is every opportunity to rent boats, canoes, bicycles or a sup. The farm is located on the Zuiderzeepad and many bicycle junctions. The spacious apartment has 2 separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people. Optionally, a third bedroom/studio can be booked separately, only in combination with the apartment. Romantic, heated, spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Cosy box-bed, comfortable couch, TV incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime. In Summer the (shared) pool can be used by guests. The jacuzzi can be booked separately for €30 per 2 h. All in the peaceful countryside with a view of storks in the season. All you need for the perfect getaway can be found here or in the area. The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes.

The houseboat can be rented for people who want to go on holiday to Giethoorn, discover the Weerribben-Wieden National Park or just want to enjoy the peace and quiet. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1x 2-person and 2x 1-person bed). There is another 5th bed (1 pers.) in the hall upstairs. We would like to know if you would like to use a sheet package (bedding & towels). Surcharge is €10.00 p.p. The renovated bathroom makes the cottage a luxurious place to enjoy the peace, space and nature.

At the edge of National Park Weerribben-Wieden, lies our holiday home located on the meadows. Enjoy nature and tranquility, but also a perfect base for exploring the Weerribben-Wieden. The towns of Kalenberg, Blokzijl, Giethoorn and Dwarsgracht are within cycling distance. Or rent a boat to view the Weerribben from the water.
