A very nice cottage with everything you need. Rian is very friendly and responds quickly. It was very nice that we could still book on the day itself. The bathroom is super nice and spacious and the cottage very clean. There was also a lot of privacy. The location is great and there is a lot to do nearby. We have not seen everything yet and will definitely come back!

We had a really wonderful time in this beautiful apartment! It is in a beautiful old building, but is modern but cozy inside. Nice big bed, spacious kitchen and a nice sitting area with large TV, chromecast etc. You step out the door and are in the center of Zutphen, very convenient! Johan is a very friendly, attentive host who even arranged a camping bed for our 1-year-old daughter. We felt very welcome ☺️

We really enjoyed our experience at this studio during the holiday season! Jan made us feel at home and provided us with everything we needed! We had a great time and would definitely come again! Thank you!

Lovely space with friendly hosts!

Although our stay was only for one night, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Annie's. She met us on arrival and provided us with a tour of the apartment. Only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Annie and Jan are wonderful hosts !

Very nice apartment. The toilet is in the hallway but we didn't find that a problem. It is a 5-minute walk to the city center of Zwolle. The apartment is noisy, we stayed there 1 night. That's also because it's an old building. In short, we had a lovely stay.

The hosts were friendly and communication was accessible. During our one-night stay, we did not meet them in person, but everything went smoothly. The place is clean, the beds are nice and the area is wonderfully quiet! Highly recommended!

we had a great time in Serkan's apartment. The apartment is very centrally located in Deventer but it is still quiet. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very good. Communication with Serkan was through the app and that worked fine. Serkan is a very nice and attentive host.

Guest-friendly hostess, were welcomed with a warm welcome. House is sparkling clean. Thinks gladly with you gives tips about the area. Can use the campsite capfun, which has plenty of activities for the children. We'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in the space- very clean and in a lovely location - inside the walled city area with beautiful views and restaurants. Free parking only a few minutes walk away and we travelled all over Netherlands from here. Very good communication by owner - would love to come back if ever possible!

I had a great time in this perfectly equipped, comfortable studio located in a peaceful area. Access is easy, and the host was very responsive and professional, responding quickly to any questions I had. The location is ideal, only 30 minutes drive from Giethoorn, the "Venice of the North". I highly recommend this place to those looking for tranquility, comfort, and proximity to remarkable sights.

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Worth repeating. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. Stop is a 2-minute walk. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

Our stay in this beautiful cottage was just great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. Typically, in addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the hot tub was just fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, communication was straightforward and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

It’s amazing place to stay here with family. Very clean, you have all equipment and nice garden. Here’s so quiet and calm. And off course many thanks to Wim and Hermien, they are so friendly and hospitable. Recomend this apartment for everybody!
