Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The modern interior includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu Alps. With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

In the center of the 3 ski resorts Diedamskopf (5 min), Damüls/Mellau (15 min) and Warth/Schröcken/Ski Arlberg (22 min) by car. All accessible by bus. Ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking, skiing, cross-country skiing. Ski and bike rental, as well as bus stop 100 m (Sport Fuchs). No pets.

With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.

We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
