We felt very comfortable with Angelika. The apartment is very lovingly decorated and the view of the mountain from the balcony is breathtaking. Baker and shopping facilities are a short walk away. There are also many activities offered in the village. Angelika is a charming host. We will definitely be happy to come back, the farewell was very difficult for us.

Perfect stay for a few days while riding MTB. Easy check-in, great communications, and perfect for the two of us.

We had a really pleasant stay in the very nice, tastefully furnished and extremely cozy apartment. During the day we explored the great surroundings and in the evening we enjoyed the wonderful chill-out lounge. Everything met expectations. We had a wonderful short trip to Lermoos! The apartment was cozy, very clean and the view of the Zugspitze simply fantastic - a real highlight! Martina and her family were always warm, so we felt completely comfortable. Thank you very much!

We stayed with Dorothea for a few days with our two dogs. The area was great for short and long hikes, directly from the accommodation. The apartment was very cozy and perfect for relaxation. It is all very new and nicely decorated. The view from the window is magnificent. We really enjoyed our holiday.

Maria and her husband were great hosts. Very friendly and responsive. Everything was clean and modern furnished. We didn’t know the Main Street is running next to it but with windows closed and the main balcony looking into the green (on the other side) it was completely fine. Would stay there again.

Florian's place is perfect for a relaxing stay! Activities nearby, shopping 2-minute walk, easy parking, splendid view! Florian was very helpful and responsive in his answers!

Definitely recommend! The apartment is well equipped and you feel right at home, everything very clean, great hosts! The location is very convenient, but directly on the main road of the valley, which should be noted. We will be happy to come back 😊

Everything was really nice

We loved this Airbnb. The beds were comfortable and the apartment seemed brand new! The place was very clean. We also loved the town. I highly recommend eating at Orangie.

We felt right at home in Nadine's sparkling clean and cozy apartment. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the terrace and dining room views are spectacular (our only regret was we could not take those home with us). We very much enjoyed our stay, thank you Nadine.

The apartment is very modern and simply top. It feels like a home. We stayed with our 15-year-old daughter and her girlfriend of the same age for 5 days. There was a master bedroom and a room with a 140cm wide bed. From both bedrooms you came to the modern, well-equipped bathroom. Everything was very lovingly prepared for us. There were plenty of drinks in the fridge and fresh fruit and chocolate were waiting for us at the table. There was also coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, cleaning products, etc. The kitchen is modern with everything you need. In the entrance area there is a ski boot dryer. The Achkogelbahn is within easy walking distance. There is also plenty to do in Ötz for non skiers. Ötz and the surroundings are very nice. Gottfried was always accessible and always very accommodating. We will be happy to come back and absolutely recommend Gottfried and his apartment. Unfortunately, the time was over too quickly

Great hosts with lovely modern apartment. I used the apartment as a central base for a Ski trip. Very easy to get around with a car but train station is also close. Would recommend the hosts as very friendly and responsive.

Super nicely decorated and very clean. It was all as stated and we felt right at home. Check-in was completely uncomplicated and Lena responded super quickly to our questions. We had a great and above all quiet time and would keep coming back!

We had a fabulous time at Annemarie's place and this was probably the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. The apartment is very large, modern and was spotless. Annemarie was extremely kind, providing ample information on outings, ordering breadrolls from the bakery, even providing us with banana cake one day. The house is beautifully located, with several hiking trails reachable by foot. The village has no shops and one restaurant. The train runs every hour and the next stop has a supermarket and many restaurants. So it's great to have a car to go there, but doable by train.

Welcoming and as described. Rentals attached to a resort near Franz property. Franz and his team have always been very active, good advice and attentive, and always with a smile! Good recommendations have been made to us nearby. The little plus: access to the quick hotel swimming pool through a small pedestrian access from the property.

We were very happy with the place. Despite precise instructions, this was unfortunately a bit hard to find. Check-in and check-out worked out great and easily. The surcharge for the view of the Zugspitze is definitely worth it and is recommended to everyone. Since we weren't so lucky with the weather, we were very happy about the beautiful spa area. Unfortunately, it is only open from 3 pm to 7 pm. The location of the accommodation is great and we could walk to everything.

We enjoyed the week at Moritz's place very much - right on the lake, equipped with plenty of space and everything super clean! Moritz was always easy to reach and provided us with great tips for the area. We would come back anytime!

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

Had a super nice stay. Very hospitably received. We have made beautiful memories and look back on this with a good feeling.

Communication before and during our stay went super smoothly. We (2 adults and 3 children aged 9, 7 and 6 years old) stayed 6 nights in the beautiful spacious apartment. Neatly tidy all. Clean and equipped with all comforts! We didn't miss anything. A 10-minute drive will take you to the ski slopes.
