There are 5 separate, lockable rooms for a total of 10 guests, 4 bathrooms with toilet, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining room overlooking the mountains as well as a large terrace. There is a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a 160 cm wide bed, 6 single beds. A washing machine and Wi-Fi are provided. A large parking lot is in front of the house. There is NO TV and NO living room. There are board games. In the hallway there is a room with the washing machine, which we also use.

Holiday home Elsa

The former bed and breakfast is renovated and is now standing as cozy, nice, quaint cottage available. Our location: Our vacation home Elsa is in Holzgau in the middle the Lechtal in the quiet hamlet of Dürnau. The "Lechweg" as well as other hiking and cycling trails or the Trail is located in the immediate vicinity of the House. We are 250 meters to the bus stop. To the center of Holzgau with shops, bank, tourist office, Guest houses, etc., are about 1.5 km away.

Our apartment is well located, the sports fields, train station, and restaurants are within a 15-minute walk or less! This newly renovated, two-bedroom apartment has a spacious common area with a kitchen. Each bedroom has a closet and a nice wooden floor. This is the perfect location if you like hiking, biking, or skiing. The next ski resort is just a 20-minute drive away and within 40-45 minutes you can reach world-class resorts such as Soelden or St Anton.
