Welcome to our home! You will enjoy a beautiful view of the Yampa Valley from your private deck and private entrance. This is a one bedroom, one bath, living room, kitchenette (no stove or cooktop) in-law unit on the bottom floor of our home. We are conveniently located between town (15 minute walk) and the mountain. The free on-demand yellow line bus stops right outside our door. Please note: There are outside stairs that must be navigated. We can only accommodate one car as parking is limited.

Our mountain condo is close to many outdoor adventures, including skiing, snowshoeing, fishing, hiking and kayaking. The front door is 12-14 minutes from the lifts and 11 minutes from downtown, but is far enough away to leave the hustle and bustle behind at the end of the day. You’ll love it because of the incredible views, the cabin-like setting with condo amenities, and the perfect secluded location.
