The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. In the process of remodeling, we have found many historic items of earlier days - an old shoe & many small items that are on display. Within walking distance of downtown. (Please read Show More)

Easy as Ski-in-Out/Grt Reviews/No car needed

You only need to walk 30 seconds to the free bus and it is one stop to the gondola base. It is four stops to downtown, a two minute walk from grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, etc. Mountain views. It is a comfortable, stocked home, children are welcome, one dog. Location is a bonus, combined with the comfort of the living space, plus a sizable sunny deck. This is an easy way to have ample parking, leave the car, access all of town, ski, visit hot springs and the views surpass!

Steamboat Resort 1 Bd 1 Bth

This stay was more than we expected. Easy check in. Free shuttle to the base of the mountain every 15 minutes. Free wifi. Clean bathrooms, bedroom and kitchen area. Kitchen had extra silverware. Full size washer/dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher. Ligia was extremely responsive and helpful with everything we needed.

The inviting lounge area features a stone fireplace surrounded by bookshelves filled with decorative vases. Plush seating options, including yellow and brown armchairs, provide comfort, while a large chandelier hangs overhead, illuminating the space. A warm-toned area rug adds to the cozy atmosphere.

What an idyllic home. We had the most perfect weekend & having this place as our landing spot made it all the more excellent. The garden is beautiful, the deck is spacious, the beds were comfortable, the house was pristinely clean, and everything was very well-appointed. We loved our time here. The views, the mountains, the pool and hot tub all were fantastic. Our family enjoyed the sweet cabin feel and our time of movie nights, dinners in and game nights. The kitchen is well stocked, organized and clean.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected and the front desk was very helpful.

Bear Claw 615 - Condo With Ski-In/Ski-Out Access!

We loved this property! It smelled squeaky clean from the moment we walked in, the space fit 6 of us comfortably, and the views from the deck were gorgeous. The condo is in more of a hotel type setting which was honestly great and made for easy check in and check out. They even had bell carts which made it super easy to get all our luggage up the elevators and to our condo. Highly recommend!

The location was fantastic. Loved having a shuttle available for guests which made getting back and forth to the mountain super easy. Just a few minute drive! The room was cozy and had everything we needed in the kitchen.
