This apartment was perfect in EVERY way. Styled in a beautiful calm relaxed way. Everything we needed. Location was perfect. Communication awesome. Highly recommend and will definitely stay next time we are in Bergamo.

Our stay in Jacopo’s apartment was amazing. The place was just as described in the offer, very well equipped, just 10 mins away from the train station, which makes it a perfect spot to get from and to the airport and many other places. Fully recommended for a short stay in Lombardy.

By far the best accommodation we have had so far in Italy, a beautiful place, well decorated and super clean, plus Angelica responds to everything very quickly, the apartment has a very good location, it is very quiet, you can rest very well. Everything is very new, tidy and tastefully decorated.

Elizabeta is very kind, nice and efficient. For example, when we wanted to turn on the washing machine, it turned out that there was a malfunction. She immediately sent a technician who arrived the next day, and at the end of his inspection, after Elizabetha's report to the owner (Alicia), within three days a technician arrived with a completely new washing machine. While we were without a washing machine, Elizabeth took our laundry to the laundry and returned clean and folded laundry. The apartment itself is in a very central location, 7 minutes walk from the train station; bus station (line 1) to the Old City (citta alta), although sometimes we preferred to walk (about twenty minutes - half an hour); green boulevards and elegant streets with beautiful shops; restaurants and cafes; concert hall (teatro donizetti) and more. Two small disadvantages we found in the apartment: A. There are no towel hangers in the bathroom; B. There is no table in the living room, and therefore there is nowhere to put a cup of coffee, for example, when watching TV.
