Great place in Franciacorta, really close to everything you need

We had a great stay at Luigi's house. The accommodation it was exactly as described, very very clean and perfect located for visite all the region, the lake Como and Milano city. Luigi was a great host, friendly and very fast responsive. We kindly recommend the house. For sure we will book the accommodation without hesitate next time.

For us, it was an extraordinary experience. The apartment was very clean, equipped with everything you need. We were two couples, and we had plenty of privacy, but we also spent time together in the bright living room with a view of the lake. Roberta was always responsive to our messages. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a great stay with 15 people. Very well equipped kitchen, a lot of space in the common areas, various bedrooms with 1-3 beds. The hostess was very responsive and helpful. The whole house is architecturally unique and quiet. Great place for larger groups.

A beautiful setting with a great lake view. The welcome is warm and friendly. An available and responsive host. We had a flush issue, it was fixed within an hour. The information book before arrival and the on-site directions were nice to organize our stay. The accommodation is very clean and the beds are comfortable. We will definitely go back and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the lake in complete tranquility. Thanks to Giulio and his mom.

I stayed at the Bike Studio for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean, had all the amenities I needed for a long stay, and situated in a great neighbourhood with many restaurants, cafes, and bars. Alessandra was an excellent host, very easy to contact and very receptive. She arranged to have linens changed and the whole apartment cleaned every 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this listing!

Spacious, bright and ideally located apartment! The apartment perfectly reflects the description: spacious, well-furnished and very bright. Centrally located, it was very convenient to walk to both the thermal baths and restaurants where we had lunch and dinner. Barbara is extremely helpful, kind and attentive. What a lovely location with views of the lake. Last kilometer of drive can be tricky but once there has secure parking with locked gate. one flight of stairs for entry and bedrooms one additional flight. Owner lives on site and extremely helpful. Offered restaurant recommendations in community and nearby villages. Has an excellent book of helpful hints and ideas for placed to go and things to do. We used train in nearby town Mandello for Milan and places on the lake. We would definitely recommend as a relaxing place to stay. Note is a bit isolated so if wanting action might not be place for you. We thought it worked fabulously for daily exploring of the Lakes area.

Modern, clean, 5 minutes walk from Metro with a direct line into centre of Milan. Good local shops and cafe's. Would recommend.

We had a great family stay in Casa Gemma Milan! The apartment was in a quiet, safe area with excellent public transport, shops and restaurants nearby. It was super easy to explore the city from here. The apartment was tastefully decorated and well-equipped for a short or long stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. We'd happily stay again or recommend to others!

Giulia's place had an amazing location, steps from the train with our luggage, a restaurant right next door, grocery store minutes away, and a beautiful short walk to the water with shops and restaurants there. Varenna, while very nice, is very busy, we are so happy we stayed in Mandello del Lario. The apartment itself is in a very secure block, the style is bohemian which we enjoyed as we were seeking to relax. And what sold us and did Not disappoint was the view from the terrace in the morning. Everything else was great, it's a quiet area, the surrounding houses seemed upscale, with families and school kids doing their day to day activities. We would absolutely go back to this airbnb and already regretted not staying for 4 days instead of the 3 we booked. Thanks Giulia , hope to visit Mandello del Lario again soon !
