Monthly Rentals in Statenice

We spent a night in the apartment which was very spacious and clean. We found the local shops and had a nice time in the quiet town. Svetlana was very helpful and lives in the adjacent apartment so was able to help us when we struggled to get inside. Overall it was a nice place to stay and not far from Prague for day trips.

We found our way around the apartment well. After a busy day in Prague, we were able to rest on the terrace in nature. The apartment had everything we needed, as described. Thanks a lot!

Martina is a very hospitable and friendly person, right on arrival at the apartment she immediately gave us tips about the area in terms of transport via public transport, restaurants and purchasing options. The apartment is very spacious and very neatly maintained, and equipped with every comfort. Her hospitality made us feel right at ease. Public transport to Prague is very easy to do, bus can be reached within walking distance within 7 minutes, after which you can continue by metro to Prague. In the area there are plenty of good restaurants to eat after your visit to Prague. It is nice that Martina can speak English, this makes communicating pleasant and easy. It is also nice that she is available if there is anything, or if you want to know something. If I want to visit Prague again I would definitely like to stay in Martina's apartment, I highly recommend her apartment.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, in a peaceful area yet very close to the Old Town and public transport. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks to Jana
