The cottage is very tasty, simple and very functional. The deck is a very nice space, where you can enjoy the scenery, enjoy the sun, rest, read, play in the company of the birds and the singing of the cicadas. You can walk to the center, around 9 km. This road is well wooded, has a very beautiful view, you can make a stop at the public waterfall. To return, take a taxi in the square because it's a lot of ascent. I spent a lot of time in the small waterfall below the chalet. A delight! The path is quite steep, but it's worth it. It has a very pretty BBQ area, but I didn't even use it.

We had a great experience! The cottage is very spacious and comfortable, with a lot of privacy…beautiful view! Cafe Breakfast is very well served. I highly recommend it for a peaceful and quiet weekend.

I was in São Thomé for the first time and at the end of the stay I had to ask for another day because I didn't want to leave the city. The stay was perfect. All kitchen utilities are very useful! I felt right at home the whole time. At night, the starry sky seemed to embrace us, I've never seen anything more beautiful. The house is super well located and has a rapid literally in the yard, 3 minutes down the trail. The sound of the waterfall to fall asleep and wake up is a show apart. My next vacation will definitely be in the same house. Marlene is super polite and helpful, I didn't need anything because everything was absolutely complete. I recommend it to everyone who needs to relax and organize their thoughts a little. I stayed for 5 days and I'm renewed. A bonus for those who like are the kittens and dogs that are nearby, they make very good company! For those who are a couple, looking at the stars from the balcony of the room is a good choice :)

João's guesthouse is super charming! As my wife said, "Everything here has a repertoire." It's a great place to relax — and for those who have a puppy, it's really worth it. João has three super polite friends who make great company for your pet. Not to mention the region where the inn is located, which is so quiet that it seems like we've gone deaf... This is a relief for those who live in the hustle and bustle of the city.

Very cozy cottage, with everything we need to feel at home, but without excesses. The place is wonderful, quiet and with exuberant nature all around. The road to get there is very steep and not very favorable in the rain. But this distance from the city is also what makes the chalet charming. My family and I love it and will definitely be back!

The Property is simply sensational. Soft, clean bed linens. All very clean and organized. The cottage is very cozy and all the items are working. Hot water, internet, TV, everything perfect. The stone house, the view from the swing and the waterfall next door are private, not to mention the beauty and history of the place. Mr. Américo is very attentive and helpful. He kindly introduced us to a beautiful neighboring waterfall, providing us with a sensory experience such as hearing the sound of birds, smelling the earth and observing the vegetation. It was worth every minute of the stay.

It's really cool!! I highly recommend it! Close to Serra Negra and Monte Alegre do Sul, it's also great! The chalet is perfect, it has two double beds, 2 bathrooms, a fireplace (bring firewood, it is amazing)

Perfect is a very simple word to describe our best Airbnb experience. Entire functional house, every detail thought out for the guest's convenience and comfort. Kitchen utensils, bathroom amenities, bed sheets, all top quality. We didn't miss anything at all. I thought it was even more beautiful than in the photos. We love spending the weekend at an Airbnb and this is what gave us the best experience. The surrounding nature is really lovely. As if all that wasn't enough, we were also gifted with five incredible friends: four dogs and a kitten, who we almost brought back with us. The only problem with this Airbnb is that it has raised the bar too high for the next ones. We gave 5 stars, because there's nothing more.

I believe we chose the best option in Gonçalves, as it is right in front of the waterfall, beautiful view, pleasant sound of the running waters, privacy, comfort... in short, everything is very pleasant. The place is charming, the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Karina's service was excellent. Clean, well-equipped place, perfect for those seeking tranquility, contact with nature and outdoor activities. Improvement points: I missed the iron, the fireplace is a bit of a hassle to keep lit. The dirt road that gives access to the cottage is the only drawback. It was in terrible condition, I was thankful it didn't rain. It also has no lighting and is poorly signposted. Tips: If you want to make the most of the city's attractions and are looking for convenience, I suggest re-evaluating your stay. The road to the center is long and traffic often does not help. Always leave the chalet early to return before 9 p.m. The road frightens at night, but the place does not appear to be violent.

It was me, my husband and our 7-year-old son. Perfect location to disconnect from the routine and still close to Campos do Jordão and Sto. Antônio do Pinhal, which is a very pleasant city without the crowds of Campos. We all loved the cottage and the whole place. A delight, drinking mineral water from all the taps, super comfortable beds, orchard, vegetable garden, trail, the entire space is decorated with great affection. Cottage equipped with everything we needed. The animals on the farm are a separate detail, my son loved it. Dani and the entire team are very attentive and kind. Everything and everyone there has a different energy. We barely left and want to go back.

The chalet is beautiful! Everything was very well organized and clean. The super equipped kitchen. We were able to enjoy everything the house offers, including the gold, because it was a good time. We had a power outage scheduled by Cemig for maintenance in the morning - but that did not hinder our experience. The night sky is impressive, I highly recommend lighting the fire and gathering friends while telling good stories. We had a great trip and made many beautiful memories.

The place is sensational for both adults and children. Peace, quiet, quiet and close to both Cabo frio and Buzios. By car, it's close to everything I went during the carnival and it took us a 25 min max to Rua das Pedras (which is the furthest point inside conches). For the cold cable, it took less than that to the Rocket Beach. Clarissa and Vinicius (the guy who takes care of her houses) are a 10. We were very well received and met in all of our requests. I recommend it with 100% certainty. I am sure we will return soon!!!!

The hosts have a spectacular beach bar, they serve very well and what we ate was very well prepared. Family place, exquisite and polite service. Having breakfast with that sunrise seems like a lie. The furniture and utensils that furnish the house, in addition to being very useful, are also of quality. You notice that the environment has been prepared with care and zeal. Super organized and clean/smelling environment. The place fit us like a glove. The chalet has a good outdoor space and garage. Even though it is compact, at no time did it feel closed (claustrophobic) - the area of the back balcony with access to the beach is impressive. Luxury. We like more. I will come back

Jorge is a super good guy who has even given me incredible support on all my doubts, note 10. Regarding the space, there was everything that was described in the listing, a cozy, clean place, swimming pool, parking inside the condominium, very good employees, house with all support for the "day" (dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.), bakery/market around and a beach practically within the condominium. Everyone in the family became in love with the site, I'm sure we'll come back more often.

Excellent location, close to the beach of Geribá. Very cozy house and with great price, Luciano gave a very quick return. We went during the extended holiday, so we took a lot of traffic to go to Rua das Pedras and other beaches, due to the house being further away from these regions. But, it was great and for sure I would come back! :)

The cottage is very nice and we were very comfortable. Good bed, good bathroom with very hot shower. Powerful air-conditioning. A large window with a beautiful view and the best: the sound of the sea at night is spectacular! The space is excellent, wooded, with a swimming pool and quiet. House with a very nice backyard! The kitchen/outdoor dining area is very complete, with lots of utensils. Great place for couples and families. Close to the beach and much closer to the center than I thought.

We had a wonderful experience The structure is excellent, with everything very well maintained. The bathrooms with brand new porcelain tiles draw attention right away, and the cleanliness of the place as a whole is eye-catching — everything is very clean, smells good and is organized. The kitchen is super equipped, we don't miss anything at all. The air-conditioning works perfectly, and the pool was very clean. It is important to note that the chalet has only two bedrooms, so if you go in a group, it will be necessary to share the space — however, each room has its own private bathroom, which ensures more comfort and privacy. In addition, there are two more external bathrooms, which greatly facilitates the dynamics for larger groups. The maximum capacity is for 9 people, and it really wouldn't comfortably accommodate more than that. Kênia was extremely kind and helpful from the start. He showed total flexibility with check-in and check-out times and, whenever we needed something, he resolved it promptly.

First, I want to thank the host Vinícius, who has always been a very supportive and helpful person. The atmosphere is very conducive for those looking to relax as a family. The house is great and with all comfort and comfort. Airy, spacious environments. Anyway I can already consider myself a constant client in this house.
