Excellent place, it fully matched the photographs and reviews. A 100% family place, they make you feel at home. Full communication from Martha and Rogelio. The house has everything to spend a few days relaxing, we would not hesitate to return.

The house is beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The pool was impeccable and perfect to enjoy, and the bathrooms were super clean and well maintained. César's attention was exceptional; he was always attentive to us and made us feel very welcome. As a very kind touch, he left us cold water and snacks when we arrived, which was a great gesture. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back without thinking twice. Highly recommended!

Booking here is a good idea. They deliver what they offer; the house and pool are very comfortable for guests and the host is friendly and responsive. Definitely recommended.

Our stay at this property was amazing. We had the opportunity to enjoy it as a family and everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, with cozy decor and a nice garden with a heated pool. In addition, Pilar and Lorena were always attentive to ensure that everything was fine. We definitely recommend this place!

Sony's accommodation definitely made me feel like I was at home, it is an extremely clean house with a lot of detail. The fact that it's pet-friendly is amazing, and they also pamper them and make sure everyone has a wonderful stay. Sony is a very good host and is always willing to help and be attentive.

You will feel very comfortable and at peace in this place. It's amazing, with lots of nature, areas to play inside and/or outside, the pool has a good temperature, the rooms are comfortable, the whole house has plenty of space. We certainly hope to return very soon. Francisco was always attentive to us. Special mention for Las Maris, Yolo and Oscar who treated us super well and with a very good attitude. Applause!! More places like this.

A cozy little stay that was perfect for our mini trip! Location was perfect 10/10 and felt extremely safe. There is also someone at the lobby until 7-8pm. Thank you Luis for hosting us. Cdmx is truly amazing🫶🏽

Great place. The front bedroom was warm for a couple of hours in the afternoon but fine the rest of the time without AC. Plenty of hot water, fans, comfortable beds and nice amenities like boxes of tissue and laundry detergent. I was asked several times if everything was working properly. The covered deck upstairs was a good place to hang out and the views of the sunset were exceptional. I appreciated having a separate washer and dryer as well.

We had a great stay -- easy to check in and the place was nice and clean. The surrounding neighborhood has tree-lined streets and it's easy to walk to many things like restaurants, bars, and the sights of Bosque de Chapultepec.

It was a lovely, well kept apartment. We were running late from traveling and he met us at the apartment to give us the keys. He was very friendly however we didn’t need much else from him. There were a few small items in the pantry which was nice as we didn’t have to get everything from scratch. Location was great for us.

My partner and I were delighted with the apartment. It's very nice, with everything you might need. The bed and pillow are super comfortable. Yes, there is some traffic noise, but I was able to sleep peacefully. But just in case, they provide earplugs. It is very close to Chapultepec and the Angel of Independence. Everything was great. I highly recommend it

Great location! Beautiful space and great communicative host. Loved my stay and would definitely book again when I’m in the area again. The things that people might not like are listed on the listing like the noise or hot water and that is extremely appreciated. Personally love the city noise myself. Great charm to the building and the front desk staff was great. Overall great experience!

Tyler's place was AMAZING!! Right in the middle of Condesa and close to great cafes and restaurants. Tyler as a host is very helpful and super responsive. He also provides recommendations for activities and places to eat that made our stay in Mexico city enjoyable. The apartment has lots of natural light and the views from the roof top is very nice!! The only thing I would say was the hot and cold water temperature in the shower that sometimes changed from very hot to very cold and vice versa. Overall, it was a great stay and I will definitely book again when I am in Mexico city.

This was my second time staying here and once again, I had a great stay. I love this apartment and love the location. Great communication with host, easy check-in instructions, and a super funky apt with decor that is right up my alley. Will definitely stay here again when I return to CDMX.

Excellent stay in this very comfortable accommodation, very nice and cozy with the services that are needed for the stay, the host is super attentive and always attentive , a super noteworthy point is that it is very close to a metro station which makes mobility excellent around the city, the super quiet and very nice area, they provide supplies due to the issue of the noise of cars and others , which the truth is not used because in our opinion it is the normal noise of any city, so this, did not cause us any discomfort, we rest super well.

An excellent place to rest, you are close to downtown Cuernavaca, it has everything you need, good internet, we had no problems with the network and very good service from the host since we arrived. I definitely recommend it.

Luis’s place is a wonderful base to explore Mexico City from. Located across from a park, it is a short distance to many wonderful restaurants. The place itself was as described, spotless, and had plenty of supplies for our stay. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others without hesitation!

As others have said, this is a super well-located apartment and ideal for two couples or a family to share. The outdoor terrace is a big plus—we had dinner out there twice when we needed a break from CDMX’s terrific restaurants. We did not find it noisy. Victoria was quick to respond to a plumbing issue and got it fixed on a Sunday no less. Great neighborhood, close to bus and metro, wonderful stay. Also super convenient to have a doorman and a washer and dryer.
