Townhome vacation rentals in State of Mexico

Evelyn was an excellent host, very friendly and attentive. Only one thing to improve is to check that the location that Airbnb throws is corrected, we had to take a 1hr around town to find the house, from that outside, excellent.

We had a very pleasant time at Sergio's house, Mrs. Alejandra and her husband were extremely kind and flexible, and supported us at all times. The house is very spacious and super comfortable that has 2 full bathrooms! If something we needed was not in the kitchen, Mrs. Alejandra would take it to us right away. And the best part of everything was the beautiful terrace, we spent a lot of our stay there, very comfortable sunbathing, and even grill it has, so that's why we would come back gladly.

the house was to my liking, some cleaning issues but nothing serious, a spotlight was melted and I think that was important, because it was the one on the stairs. The house is just like the photos and description, it does not have air conditioning but we do not feel so hot (we visited in March week 1), the bathrooms clean, the kitchen with everything to prepare a meal, breakfast or dinner. The oven, the stove, the cooler all in good condition. Gonzalo was always very attentive and the area is very quiet, it is a very large subdivision and there are few houses occupied, which makes it very quiet, the pool is large, ideal for children and adults. Susy's house is very nice and cozy, just as it is in the photos. It has all the health measures so we were with all the confidence. For the pool there are schedules for each house, so we were able to have it just for ourselves. Susy is available for any questions, always available

Excellent location. Alfredo was always attentive and all his directions were clear. The place is very conveniently located and although it does not have parking (he also clarified this and it is clearly described), the two nights we had a spot on the street right in front and I must emphasize that the area is very safe We'll be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sophia’s Airbnb! The home was absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully decorated with a warm, welcoming vibe and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Our family had a great time and really enjoyed the space, especially taking advantage of the lovely outdoor area in the evenings. Sophia was incredibly kind and flexible with check-in, which made everything even easier. Highly recommend!

It was a magnificent experience, from contact and communication with Gonzalo to getting to the accommodation and seeing everything it offered. Gonzalo provided us with clear instructions on how to get there, the rules of the place and recommended activities and places to visit, and was always attentive to anything we need. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities, there is an Oxxo and places to buy food at a short distance if a vehicle is not carried. Likewise, the amenities with more that the place has, such as the pool, terrace with barbecue, a spectacular view, among others, make it the perfect place if looking to disconnect from work and relax. We only had a topic with the internet during the last night that we were there, but being something very punctual, I think it was the subject of the service provider and not a problem of another kind.

It exceeded all our expectations, the best option if you go to a wedding in Jiutepec or Hacienda de Cortés, literally 5 minutes from any of the gardens for events in the area. The host treated us like family.

We stayed two weeks ago at Casa Guayaba and we loved it!!! We traveled with our 3 dogs and they enjoyed it as much as we did. The house seemed super nice and cozy, we loved the fridge. We liked the detail of the typical sweets and the bottle of wine, the space and places to walk in the green areas of the house were spectacular. The only two drawbacks we had were that the solar panels were not enough to heat up as we expected both in the jacuzzi and the pool, and the cost of the boiler was a bit high, but in the end it changed the experience and was worth it. Also, our last night the power went out and it was a bit frustrating that night because the fans stopped working and the heat was trapped inside. We know it wasn't the house's issue, but if there's a plan B for those situations, it's amazing. The cleaning was really good. Norma was very kind, but you had to remind her of basic details. We'll definitely be back

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional. Every detail of the house was thoughtfully designed, making for a stunning and comfortable experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the rooftop jacuzzi, which made it difficult for us to leave. The neighborhood is peaceful, yet conveniently located with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Our host, Ivan, was outstanding—responsive from the moment we booked until the very end of our stay. Additionally, they offer spa parties for any occasion, which we highly recommend. This added an extra level of relaxation to our visit. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it!

An excellent accommodation, it has all the services included, good Wi-Fi, nice for people and pets, and the location allows you to move quickly towards Tonatico and Ixtapan de la Sal. It takes your own car to arrive, no combis going up to the place.

The location is excellent, the place was as described, Lili was always attentive.

We were at ease, we enjoyed our relaxing days. Liz promptly resolved a change of plans, due to an emergency. A very pleasant stay.
