Monthly Rentals in Stanton Long

I stayed with my partner and our son and although it's not listed as for families, the hosts went out of there way to make sure we were equipped with everything we needed, even supplied some books for him and a chocolate lolly. We were even lucky enough to be invited to go see the 3 day old lambs, which made my day! Lovely beautiful location with everything you could need. Hosts are so friendly and welcoming, we would definitely stay again and recommend to others ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Enjoyed our weekend stay at Phillip’s studio loft. Location was perfect for our needs. Everything was pristine. Laminated instruction sheets for using the appliances were helpful . Phillip was a good host, met us on arrival and was most welcoming. We would definitely book this again.

We had a really good stay at Iron House's "Hillary's Hideaway" previously and so we booked at Iron House again to visit friends in the area. "James' Place" was even better for us as it is all on the ground floor. It was clean and comfortable with everything you could want for a short break with our dog. The kitchen amenities are first rate, the bedroom is huge and the bathroom is like new. We had a great stay.

The coach house is situated in a park of Shropshire which is mainly farms and farmland, so expect dark nights, views of hills and sheep, and very very little traffic. However that does mean you need to be prepared with what you need for your stay - Sainsburys deliver to this address and found us fine. Everything is pretty well equipped for every eventuality, including lots of DVDs and books, and some games in the living room ottoman. Parking was safely off road. The views from the windows are beautiful - there are lovely pops of yellow from the rapeseed fields. Being a 19th century converted coachhouse, expect a couple of bugs here and there but it comes with the territory! We would have benefited from some suggestions for walks nearby as many of the fields aren't too walkable with a dog due to the livestock - Wilderhope Manor was a good spot. We appreciated the early checkin and being left to it, had a peaceful weekend.
