Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. We are a 10 minute drive from the West entrance of Joshua Tree National park and a 5 minute drive to the downtown shops, cafes and galleries. Desert Wild is a place to unwind, relax and enjoy the slow pace of the desert. We invite you to cool off in our pool after hiking, soak in our bath and enjoy the cactus garden, or star gaze from our hot tub at night.
