We call our place Casita Pacifica (Peaceful Little House) as this suite is a mellow and relaxing retreat, yet in a San Diego suburb only 10-20 minutes from everything. Sadly, we no longer host peacocks, but our space is decorated in memory of their majestic energy. Woodrow House Bed and Breakfast was built in 1995. The Carriage House was built in 2009. In the back is an actual Santa Fe Caboose that you can sleep in. On the second floor of the carriage house is a Honeymoon Suite and the Llano Estacado Suite. We have free parking and free WiFi. We have an outdoor pool and hot tub that is seasonal, but we can get the hot tub hot for you during the winter, if we get plenty of notices and the weather cooperates!

Freda is a gem! She has a servant's heart and clearly has a passion for hospitality. Her house is eclectically charming and located within walking distance to restaurants, wine tasting bars, shops, the beach, farmer's market, and many local points of interest. Freda is super friendly, generous, and a wonderful cook to boot! Would visit again.

This is the 3rd time that I and my guests have stayed at Lisa's beautiful/spacious house. It has everything that you will need in the kitchen. As always it was spotless. Despite 114 degree temperatures the 3 air conditioners kept the house at a constant, comfortable temperature. Located just steps from the Colorado River, you can take your choice of swimming, tubing, boating, or fishing. There is a wonderful dock and boat ramp. My son always catches bass and catfish from the dock. If you just want to relax and enjoy the river, you can sit out on the large, screened in patio and use the grill. Lisa is very cordial and quick to reply to any of your requests. If Lisa will have me again, I will be back next year. George Wetmore

Casa Mayoral is so wonderful - peaceful and quiet, yet also close to everything. The cottages are even better than they appear in the photos, believe it or not - they are very comfortable and extremely clean ... you really genuinely feel like you're at home. We didn't bring our dog on this trip, but it is a great place to stay if you're traveling with you pet. Breakfast and coffee every morning are great, everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Very highly recommended!

This home is situated in a very beautiful hillside location with great view to golf course and to the west and ocean and sunsets. The terrace was wonderful place for breakfast. It was quiet and very peaceful. It was perfect for my stay and i would love to revisit.

If you are looking for peace and quiet and a host that will make you feel right at home you have found the spot. Debra's place worked perfect for us. We just needed a one night while visiting the area, unfortunately found out we should have stayed longer. The hiking and visiting the area needed much more than 1 night. Debra explained the history of the lodge and took the time to make sure we were well settled and had information on what we could do. You will enjoy your time if you stay !

We stayed a week at Farha's place. Farha and her family are SIX-star hosts. If you enjoy conversation and getting to know your host, you'll find the most loving people to spend time with. If you prefer your privacy, your space will be respected. Daily, you will have a self-serve continental breakfast and have plenty of coffee and tea available all day. We had full access to the kitchen, cookware to prepare meals and space in the refrigerator. Walks in the neighborhood were enjoyable, and everything you need is within a short 5-minute drive. This was our most memorable stay with AirBNB, and the bonus is we have made lifelong friends. I highly recommend staying with Farha.
