Sitting at the end of a well maintained 4 mile dirt road, you will find our 360 acres in southwest New Mexico surrounded by ancient cottonwood, Pinon and sycamore trees. The quaint Village of Gila is a 10 minute drive away and offers a medical clinic, library, post office, art gallery and is truly the "Gateway to the Gila Forest". Still convenient to major shopping in Silver City, NM and an easy 35 minute drive, you'll enjoy browsing a variety of shops, antique stores and boho, silver, turquoise homemade jewelry bodegas. You'll find a long list of of things to do and see: day or evening fine dining or fast food; multi-cultural cuisine or eclectic funk, Western New Mexico University, our local Farmers Market, theatre, an annual Fiesta, Little Toad Creek Brewery & Restaurant, art galleries, or antique stores (check out Manzanita Ridge)!! There are two bedrooms with beds and two bathrooms in the house, and works well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families. This house is situated in a landscaped oasis with plenty of indoor and outdoor amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Inside There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that you can use. There is one bedroom and a few closets that we use to store our stuff and those will not be available for your use, but all other spaces are yours. The living room has a flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon TV and Hulu with fast wifi. Outside The patio allows for dining under the lights, and lounging in the hammock. Fast WiFi reaches throughout the entire place, including the outdoor patio and porch areas. Please let us know if you would like to use the gas grill. On hot Arizona days, we recommend taking a dip in the stock tank pool (closed during fall/winter). The backyard is a shared space. We also Airbnb the back guest house and you could be sharing the backyard with other guests. Our place is very private, yet close by car to many attractions. 7 miles to the beach, 20 minutes to Legoland. Hiking out the back door, you will find endless trails and great mountain biking. Guests can use the tennis court and relax in their own private yard. Pool is available, although it is not heated. Hot tub is also available, but a $20.00 usage fee is needed to get it hot (It's big, and takes a lot of gas to get hot!) We live on the property, but it is very private. I can be reached easily by phone or text if something is needed. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood that evokes a country vibe, the casita is accessible to all San Diego has to offer. We came to Lubbock to celebrate graduation with my family so we needed a home close to Texas Tech and United Supermarkets Arena. We also needed a large enough home for 6 people including 2 children and 2 teenagers. Along with graduation we needed a weekend stay to hang out together and enjoy each other's company. This beautiful home fit the bill to a T. The kitchen was awesome, loved being able to cook dinner for my family during our stay. I have to say though the best part was all of the different games that were available to play and how wonderfully organized it was. All of my kids got to play games from the pool table and jenga to the beautiful outdoor space with different games. We had a great time staying here and had the opportunity to relax and decompress as a family. Would definitely recommend to others coming to stay at Lubbock. Those looking to stay with younger ones definitely need be proactive and mindful of them as there are many beautiful breakable decorations.

Every question I had (even the smallest ones) was met with kindness, patience, and prompt, helpful responses. Throughout my stay, Sara went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Sara anticipated needs I hadn’t even thought of and made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. It's rare to meet someone so thoughtful and dedicated – not just to providing a great stay, but to making you feel like a valued guest and a friend. It wasn’t just hospitality – it was heart. Sometimes you don’t want to leave a five star review because you greedily don’t want to have to compete to book again - but this Airbnb was so incredibly perfect. The photos simply don’t do it justice. All the interior design is thoughtful, clean, and chic. The location is private and stunning and peaceful. Abundant amenities. Amazing place. We wanted a 3 day peaceful retreat, and this was perfect. The location is serene, you literally feel in the middle of nowhere. While at the same time you are 10 minutes from amazing restaurants(Sky High, Kitchen in the dessert, Tiny Pony) As for the home, it’s the coziest most well organized home I’ve been too. It’s actually perfect for the area and purpose. Our entire family loved the layout, and spent so much time together. The backyard is amazing to chill at, and you feel so zen. Would recommend late at night laying on the hammocks Overall we loved it, and would recommend anyone to book the place.

This is a very nice, clean and well appointed apartment which opens into a green and peaceful courtyard. Best of all for me, it has a one car garage with remote! Its really convenient to pull into the garage late at night instead of trying to find street parking. The bay is a bit narrow so you do have to rent a smaller vehicle - I had a 4 door Nissan Versa. The area is mostly residential with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The owner is very helpful and responsive. When the TV remote stopped working, he showed up to change batteries and when that did not work, he ordered a new remote which arrived the next day. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Virginia’s place was the perfect place for my mom to stay! It was handicap accessible and so easy for her to get around and stay independently. The location was minutes away from hospitals and medical centers, as well as the UTEP campus. The apartment is stocked with all of the necessary amenities and Virginia was responsive to any concerns or needs. As an added bonus—at night,the view from the front porch is one to remember! I highly recommend this apartment if you are in the El Paso area!

leon's place was wonderful, very clean smoke free , wonderful sitting area off the bedrooms in the back yard. He had a grill for outdoor cooking too. We enjoyed having the washer and dryer to do laundry . We would book it again ,if Leon would have us ,if we are ever in that part of AZ again.

Everything was as advertised. Dry nice condo, well stocked, great closet space. Owner was great and allowed an early check in and the management team at Evolve was excellent to work with. Only suggestion or warning is while pool itself was great there were only 5 metal lounge chairs and a couple of metal chairs. For a rather big complex with a lot of people using the pool finding a place to sit was difficult. But overall I would highly recommend this beautiful Condo!

Top Airbnb we’ve stayed at! The condo was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. The property has an awesome pool and convenient gas grills, perfect for relaxing. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Old Towne, with plenty of great restaurants and walking and running paths nearby. We’ll definitely rebook Kris’s place the next time we’re in Scottsdale!
