The place was exactly as described and very close to the airport. Hosts were responsive. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this for anyone looking for a clean, quiet and spacious place to stay in Manchester.

We were very impressed with the location and the apartment. Couldn’t have asked for any more! The host was really friendly and helpful, when we mentioned we would get to Manchester early he offered an early check in for a small fee which was worth it. We were also advised on getting on free parking space very nearby.

Stayed here for 10 days while working an event in the city. initially the actual accommodation was switched to another one due to booking issues, but the alternative was just as good, all basic necessities and great location as it is a short walk from the city centre. Very comfy and nice spacious bedrooms

Great stay. Great host Good location for AO arena approx 35 mins walk or 10 min drive. Have stayed twice and would definitely book again!

We celebrated my friend’s year sobriety at “the chicken place” (we nicknamed). It’s a home away from home, cosy quirky cottage! We had everything we needed and more, a cosy fire, plenty of bedrooms, lots of great games and the hosts left us some gorgeous treats (chocolates, biscuits, crisps and pop) which made our stay even better, we were overwhelmed. Chickens outside, hot tub and what made our stay even better - Kevin the cat!!!!! If you’re looking for the above, you should book!

Rooms very spacious and very comfy living room for us to chill over the Christmas period.. easy to find with easy check in and out. Had a nice park with shops near by for walking the dog in a quiet location

Lovely house with some really beautiful touches for us as guests. Milk in the fridge, mini shampoo and conditioner, shower gel etc Would absolutely stay again. Thank you so much for having us

A lovely, home-from-home stay at Linda's place. It really felt like staying in a lived in house rather than a stark hotel room. The kitchen was well equipped with loads of glasses and mugs, crockery, pans etc and oil and herbs provided. We made use of the washing machine and the outside drying space was great so didn't need the tumble dryer. Comfy beds and handy to have towels provided. The kitchen table was great to work from home and the WiFi worked perfectly. Nice garden and patio, and a quiet street with views of a grassy area with trees from the front of the house. Had no trouble parking two cars near the house. Check in and out was easy with a lock box.

Everything we wanted under one roof. The ‘George & Dragon Pub’ was fab with its pool table, dart board, karaoke machine, massage chairs and bar. Hot Tub was also great to use as was the outside garden space. The BBQ was also great. Living space was limited but adequate and beds were comfy. Would definitely look to re-visit in the future. Andrew was a great host and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank you 😁

Easy parking and great location for what we needed. Everything was top notch

The house was warm and cosy, ideal for a family holiday. We were close to our family. We were close to a supermarket, so groceries were easily accessed. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways are available. Comfortable house and surroundings

Was a comfortable stay for a couple of nights. Clean and comfy apartment. Host was really responsive and replied quickly with any queries I had. Would recommend if visiting Manchester City as everything’s in close walking distance.

I have stayed in Scott’s apartment for a month. Wonderful location! Supermarket and train station is near this place. It takes 15 mins to Manchester City Centre.

A lovely stay and the dogs loved the garden!
