The Old Workshop - Apartment (sleeps up to 4)

Like it’s name, this quirky apartment was historically an old workshop which was once occupied by mechanics. It has since been converted into a stylish and modern apartment perfect for all. There is 1 bedroom and 1 pull out bed in the lounge meaning it can sleep up to 4. Based centrally in the historical market town of Leek, the apartment is located close to popular attractions like Alton Towers, Peak Wildlife Park and the glorious Peak District. The cosy stable is located in the beautiful rural and tranquil village of Grindon in the Peak District. Situated 1000 Ft above sea level come and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding hills and sheep. Overlooking the famous Thor’s Cave, there is an abundance of beautiful walks from the property. Local pubs in Butterton, Hulme End and Warslow. Lovely local towns nearby include Ashbourne, Buxton, Bakewell and Leek. Grindon is the perfect get away for those craving peace and tranquility.

Idyllic cottage retreat

This romantic retreat is set in the heart of the picturesque village of Butterton which overlooks the beautiful Manifold Valley in the Peak District. The lanes are lined with pretty sandstone cottages and an idyllic ford runs through the cobbled street below the cottage and a great country pub is round the corner. This cosy hideaway is an ideal couples escape featuring a stunning bedroom with vaulted beamed ceiling and luxury features throughout. It has a boutique hotel feel in rural heaven.

Rock End Retreat

Rock End Retreat is a spacious self contained bungalow with parking for two cars. It has easy access and is set in a peaceful and private setting on a working family dairy farm. The retreat is modern with plush bedrooms and comfy sofas with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The outside area is securely fenced so that pooches can explore safely. We can offer farm tours for those interested in the milking process. Also The Woodland Watch shepherd’s hut can accommodate extra guests here.
